Dongguan Huiheng Garment Accessories Co., Ltd. has the Worst customer service from ali baba that I have ever experienced. Don't even waste your time and money buying from this seller.
I recently bought 500 pcs of Liquid Chlorophyll from James Jlang. with Custom logo. As pictured in his advertisement he had a photo of an item which I know the quality of, the taste and color. He sent me an item that looks exactly like his listing but when I received it the quality of the liquid chlorophyll is total disaster. First of, the taste was like oil *Old Oil... instead of a dark color its like bright colored like food color, and lastly the odor is awful.
I tried contacting Ali baba to solve this issue, as the guy literally insulted me, and keeps denying that its his fault. He doesn't want to refund me or exchange either. I literally just received my boxes and right away I messaged him because I feel like I got scammed. I can't sell this product on amazon as I could get terminated as a seller and I won't lie to my customers either selling a cheap product camouflaged in a nice box
Do your self a favor, Do a diligent research before buying from this seller. he has no customer service. and he is not willing to fix any problems even though he is at fault.
