Scam! Never arrived and would not refund, have contacted my bank to refund

So much easier than going on the french gov website, had 2 previous visits but didn't manage it due to time constraint, wading through paragraphs of red tape.

Excellent service I always get the vignettes in good time to travel.

We received an acknowledgement of our order straightaway followed by an email confirming it had been despatched by Royal Mail that day.
Today we have received our low emissions sticker for Germany - a really great service, thank you!

Brilliantly simplified the process of getting a Swiss Vignette sticker when the official system and others kept trying to send me down the electronic version path!

Ordered a number of items, half the order was sent by email. Half was apparently posted, no tracking ever supplied. Refused to refund until they were returned which was impossible for me to achieve as previously stated they were never delivered. Asked me to wait longer in case they arrived (after I’d returned from the trip). Contacted after I’d given them their suggested wait period. No response, completely ignored and left me significantly out of pocket. Exceptionally poor customer service, happy to leave me footing the bill as they decided not to send recorded delivery. I’d never use them again and recommend others avoid.

Ordered a CH vignette late Dec 23. Got an email saying that it has been shipped 02/01/24 with no tracking number or proof or posting. Sent an email asking for clues and to let them know that I will open a case with PayPal. Received a funny call asking me why I was threatening them to do so. Opened the case and got the refund immediately. Vignette still not received....... Stinks!
