I made an error with my order. It was later in the evening when I realised, I was worried but I emailed with the item I should have bought and the one I didn't need.
The next morning I had an email to say they'd rectified my order, and refunded the £30 from the mistake order.

I ordered wet wall and the trim recommended by the website. When it arrived and was about to be installed, it became clear that the trim was 7mm too wide for the panels. When I contacted customer service they told me we were probably installing it incorrectly, as if there is a way to install something to compensation for a 7mm discrepancy.

Wouldn't recommend using this company ever. Use Wet Wall Works, they are an amazing company with brilliant customer service

Great price and great product quality

The company is ok for order fulfilment, but corrupt on returns. They claimed my return was damaged in transit and even produced a photo of scratches on the item I returned. They have used a stock (a library of damaged goods) photo as I know it was impossible for my packing to have caused the scratches. And I have since searched on Facebook and moneysavingexpert and they have a history of inventing damage so as to avoid paying for returns. Luckily for me it was only 26 pounds, but for others it has cost hundreds. You might never encounter an issue if no need for any credit refunds.. But for unwanted item returns be careful as they have a track record for damage inventing to avoid crediting you. By the way I purchased a new pair of radiator valves from Amazon and found the item for 40 percent of the original vic plumbing price, I looked at other accessories, taps, valves, etc, this is where they catch you, everything they sell other than bath, toilets and showers are easily twice the average price on Amazon, so if you must use them, definitely don’t buy taps, valves, waste , etc from them, aside the scam returns with stock damage photos, you will be over charged.

They delivered to a different address and just left a pallet of tiles in front of someone’s garage. Luckily the person found me and I had to unload the pallet onto my vehicle and then get them back to my house.
