Had problems paying, got in touch and assistant set up order, said I would receive an email link to pay, never arrived, still not there the following day (contacted 3 further times to alert regards not receiving the email, just kept getting told it would be there soon), had to go back in to order today, payment section worked so have done on line payment

Good customer service
Good customer service, was worried cos box was battered but was ok BUT the actual loo roll holder is very wide. It could have been a little more narrow cos I don’t know any loo told that are that wide!

Resolving the broken tiles .
I was so worked up about these tiles being broken and the Tiler was here to do the job . Obviously couldn't . But i reported this and you got back to me quite quickly with reassurance they will send me more tiles so i am pleased with your response and you were lovely to me on the phone and proffesional . Whilst the came on time and the quality…
Whilst the came on time and the quality was expected but the driver refused to enter to bring my tiles to my door despite my disability. He was very unhelpful and very unkind.

Shocking customer service
This company is absolutely shocking no kindness, rigid policies followed by jobs worth people who aren’t allowed to make decisions, despite the products being absolute rubbish wish I’d read the reviews before I spent a small fortune on my items as fitted in sept yet warranty from delivery despite evidence to state fitted in sept ur company is definitely not one I will return to but I will submit a formal complaint not that anyone will listen someone will reply to say it’s out of warranty. The fact the bath and sink taps are tarnished the sink overflow tarnished and both sink and bath plugs tarnished within less than 2 years of use - I actually only moved into the property on 18/10/24 but that doesn’t mean anything to your robotic assistants who follow the rules to the point with no leeway or freedom to make their own decisions despite both the shop and man I originally spoke to agreeing they shouldn’t have tarnished in that time frame.

Customer service is awful having to submit online and not go into shop to sort face to face with a human. Customer service don’t leave a message or contact number all done via email with long delays waiting for answers
Would not recommend at all
