No support from Viator when dealing with bad operators
Tried all day to contact tour operator to make changes and ask questions about a booked tour to Montserrat in Catalonia. Zero communication. I used their online communication portal. Zero communication. I had to call them directly then be told that any changes need to be made in-person + an additional charge. Unacceptable.

Our guide was amazing
Our guide was amazing. A little problem was we were scheduled for 3:00 tour with skip the line, but was told we were on a 3:30 tour . No problem but because 4 people had some kind of problem with their ticket we waited for over a half an hour to get to the tour which why bother to have skip the line. Watching all the people go ahead of us was disappointing after we paid for that amenity.

Very disapointing- cancelled without reason
Do not book at this operator- you don't know if it will be cancelled. My booking was cancelled the day before. We planned our trip around the visit to the Alhambra, which I booked. However, this was cancelled without reason, and no option to call with anyone. I normally don't write a negative review- have never done that in my life before. But I'm so disapointed with the cancelation, so I'm writing this one. Do not ignore the 1-star ratings and be mindful when booking with this operator, especially when booking a visit to the Alhambra.

Awesome Boat Cruise
We truly enjoyed the Sunset and getting under the Sunshine Bridge to see the lights. Captain Paul was friendly snd shared so many fun facts. Lexie made sure we had complimentary water and we purchsed adult beverages. Thanks
