It was a very smooth / pleasentt experience with easy & per direct booking with a very reasonable price . Further digital tickets & information process was so smooth as well. Expecially such BTS style World Top Important concerts people would suffer with waiting times, ctechnical problems, fake tickets etc etc our experience got more valuable for us anyway.

I paid 230 euros in fron stage for Ricky Martin Concert in Budapest Viagogo made mistake with the tickets and they didn't take any action only by giving 25% discount for future tickets. Please do not use this app. Is fully crap and they don't care if there is mistake by them. Shame on you Viagogo

I bought tickets for Ludovico Einaudi in the Ziggodome (AMS) through Viagogo three months ago, and both the website and app showed that my tickets were 'are there' + 'on the way' until the last moment, three hours before the event due to the venue (not the re-seller), and that I should have nothing to worry about...

However, shortly before the event, after the expiry timeslot 2,5 hours, the status suddenly changed and stated there are no tickets available. At this moment we already were at the event location, based on the limited information provided by Viagogo we wanted to be on time, only to find out that I may not have valid tickets. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Customer support is OK, I could directly speak to an (human) agent, which stated clearly what the alternatives are, and requested a money refund.

For me its not about the money, I have planned a moment off for a night out. If there is an issue with availability of my tickets, I expect to be informed well in advance - at least one day before the event - not at the last minute after I've already made travel arrangements.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with Viagogo's communication. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional costs for buying new tickets last minute. I would not recommend using Viagogo.

I bought my BTS ticket here, I did buy a ticket with the instant download so I’m glad that I really got the ticket, all I had to do was accept it into my Ticketmaster. No other issue

When I read some reviews I was afraid that the tickets would be fake. But the customer service assured me that if they were fake, I would get my money back. I bought tickets for Bruno Mars and they were the best! I received them 1 day in advance of the concert in the Ticket Master app. We had marvelous seats and had a wonderful experience!

The fact that was actually legit made me more confident to purchase in the future.

I got tickets to see BTS in Belgium and had no trouble with the tickets. I received all the information through email and the tickets were send about two days before the event. I had no problem with entering the venue.
I bought tickets from Viagogo but they were handled through Ticketmaster which made everything seem more legit.

This page is reselling tickets so do be careful but personally I had a great experience.

Timeline of events:

1. I placed my first order and received an email confirming the order was complete.
2. When I clicked the confirmation/accept link, I was redirected to Ticketmaster to download the tickets.
3. On attempting to download, I received a message stating "the sender has cancelled the download."
4. I contacted your chat support, who told me the payment had not gone through and advised me to contact my bank.
5. I checked with my bank and confirmed the payment had in fact been deducted from my account.
6. I relayed this to your support team, who told me not to worry, that I would be refunded, and advised me to place a new booking.
7. I placed a second order . The exact same sequence of events occurred: order confirmed, redirected to Ticketmaster, download cancelled by "the sender," and support again claiming the payment had failed.
8. In total, approximately €1,000 was deducted from my account across both transactions.
9. This morning, I contacted my bank again, who confirmed unambiguously that both payments were successfully processed and sent.
10. When I reported this back to your support team, they claimed there was no record of me having contacted them previously, and that my name did not appear in the chat history I referenced — despite the fact that your own chat interface does not display a name field for me to have provided one.

This is an unacceptable experience.

I had an excellent experience with Viagogo. Their customer service was outstanding—they responded to my requests immediately and were helpful every step of the way. I truly appreciated their prompt communication and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Well everything was amazing, the only thing that bothered me was I wasn’t sure if the tickets were legit, so I was worried if the were fake

I bought tickets for the Bad Bunny concert, but the tickets never arrived. I was assured that my purchase was protected and that I would receive a full refund. It has now been over a month, and I have been contacting customer support repeatedly to ask about my refund.

No one responds to my emails or messages. They keep closing the chat or telling me to wait, but I never receive any updates or confirmation regarding the refund.

To make matters worse, they provided my payment provider with false evidence claiming that the tickets had been sent and used, which is simply not true. As a result, I lost my money and was unable to attend the concert.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this website. My experience has been extremely disappointing, with poor customer service and no resolution despite weeks of trying to get my money back.

Fraud. Fake guarantees that only benefit them. 100% fraud

Easy to buy. Tickets per mail in a minute! Good price!

I was very stressed about being scammed. The viagogo team was very reassuring and helpful. In the end our tickets were validbut were very overpriced. If you wang to avoid unnecessary stress i’d recommend buying tickets from official resale sites or during official ticket sites when possible.

Enjoyed the event. They had the best price. Had no problems.

They sold a ticket for 183 euros while the ticket they sent to me was 131 euros!!! After discussing with their support, they say we cannot refund you as we are a market place and then ended the chat immediately!!!! Definitely a scam behaviour!
