The bottom line is that I was happy to purchase the tickets I wanted.
The main problem was that I originally received the wrong tickets (i.e., to a wrong event, on the wrong date). After contacting the customer service three times, it was eventually resolved, and I got the correct tickets a day before the concert. So... all ended well.

I had the experience of a lifetime with my family, I dreamed of experiencing a world cup game with my family and Viagogo made it a reality, we enjoyed the gratest game, everything perfect Thanks Viagogo, I would give you more stars if I could.

I heard some people had bad experiences but I guess it depends on the seller not the app, and viagogo has the guarantee that at least you get your money back! Fortunately for me everything went smoothly! I would advise everyone to only choose tickets that you can download instantly so you can have time to complain if something goes wrong, and if it goes right then great!
BTS was wonderful!

I was so sad for loosing the ticketmaster war for BTS tickets, I was loosing hope actually... I already had looked at viagogo for tickets but I was so scared, until I risk it all and went for it, and in the end it turned all great for me!!! It was an easy process, simply and quick, and I was very happy to got it and to have the opportunity to see BTS live!!! In the future I will use viagogo for sure!
