I had made many purchases over the last 2 years and everything was completed correctly, but when I wanted to buy a month and a half ago there were problems and in the end I received a refund from my bank but when I returned to the page to check I was surprised to find that they closed my vgolds account, it should be noted that now they send you to pay with PayPal to a third-party account that does not have the company name.

you can only pay via creditcard and they may charge you again if you try the other options. anyway i ordert back in 2022/2023 multiple times it went all great but now you cannot pay via normal banking system. meaning there is something fishy.
the custemor service does not anser. my account ingame got banned i postet her at trustet pilot but they deleted my post because of difarmation. yeah sure.
be carefull guys.
search at trusted pilot vgold and you see hundret same name companies all linkt to games and all one to 3 star reviews. something is not right.
my account got banned "victorytwink" and support does not answer you - they also have no impressum wich is requarament in most countrys. be careful

its a shame that trusted pilot protects this guys.

Good:
1. Excellent doorstep service.
2. Very cooperative, prompt, and respectful staff.
3. Gold purity testing was transparent and professional — I felt involved throughout.
4. The Gold rate is satisfactory.

Bad:
1. They give the receipt without a valid stamp.
2. They try to pay via cash. In my case, because of my refusal to accept cash, final payment was made through multiple CDM deposits, which led to nearly ₹1,000 loss in service charges.
2. This method also puts customers at risk of potential scrutiny from the Income Tax department, as high-value cash deposits can raise red flags.
3. A direct bank transfer would have been more appropriate and customer-friendly.

I was hesitant at first, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, purchased my order for Digimon Masters Online, I waited a few minutes and contacted Live Chat to see where we would meet up in the game and one of their representatives helped me out with everything. Very helpful.

Based on my personal experience, I bought in-game currency from the company and had to wait and a very long time (Its been a few weeks i still have not received my order). I have basically taken this is a lost money and will probably never return to me.

1. You cannot even ask for a refund. They will tell you they are waiting for cheap stock to come in before they sell it to you so they can profit. (in the advertisement it says they have stock... Which is a lie)

2. Customer service is bad, unhelpful and rude.

They are better and more trustworthy sites out there and VGOLDS is NOT one of them.

I recommend that you avoid this site.
