Honestly it looks free but once you get into it its paid lol
The page title in the Google search result shows "Play & Learn Chess for Free - from Beginner to Advanced Levels", but after creating an account and completing the 3rd lesson they bring up that you have to pay to continue. The interaction / setup of the first 2 lessons was fine, but I generally to not appreciate being misled in such way. I feel like they have wasted my time.
