So this seems to have gotten out of hands.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.
VGMedispa works with great websites such as Wowcher and Groupon selling vouchers offering amazing deals to gather a large crowd of customers which are then unable to manage.
My story is the same as most of the stories I read in here.
I purchased a £99 voucher on wowcher last year for the London Fitzrovia clinic. I felt pressured into buying an upgrade to do full legs so they charged me an extra £199.
Had three sessions out of the 6 I purchased of full legs laser, after those they kept cancelling all my appointments.
Getting through them over the phone is nearly impossible and they do not reply to emails.
I have asked for a refund a few weeks ago, still have not heard back from a manager.
I reported them to Wowcher and got a refund of £99 for the voucher I purchased, but still heard not back from them.

I bought a package for VG MEDISPA Fitzrovia. My appointments are always being rescheduled or cancelled due to staffing issues. This is so inconvenient especially when it takes a minimum of two months to get in for an appointment to begin with. I’ve also called and emailed and have not received replies which is so unprofessional.
The appointments I have managed to get in for are always rushed and I’ve seen very little improvement.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Also noticed that VGMedispa try to get people's reviews taken down if they don't like the response or I have noticed some threatening like responses from VGMedispa which seems to tie in with the customer service experience to be honest. Booked 6 laser sessions with Groupon - at first they were okay. Beautician was nice. Later on she tried to take pictures of areas lasered - I explained I didn't want pictures taken which she respected. Beautician left and the new lady wasn't the same - I felt very forced about having pictures taken with no reasons given and the treatment wasn't effective.
They take pictures of your body - which is very personal which is something they didn't do at the beginning and I had no choice but to have pictures taken without no option to have refund. So if I didn't have pictures I wouldn't get a refund. By this time I had also bought more sessions. This made me feel very stressed and uncomfortable. The consistency of the picture taking was wrong as well and they didn't respect for religious and cultural reasons I didn't want them - I felt violated by having so many pictures taken of my body.
The second beautician also left and
They cancelled sessions at short notice - for months and when I called customer services they kept changing the recommended timescales between treatment. So they went from saying 8 weeks is fine between treatments to increasing the time.
Complete waste of time and money as the treatment became ineffective as so much time had elapsed. I was given only 1 free session by way of compensation...
I would have to say ladies get your treatment done from somewhere with good reviews and where customers feel more respected then here...

They are extremely unprofessional and so hard to get a hold of. If I could, I would give 0 stars to this company.
I bought a Groupon voucher for 6 laser sessions for the lower legs.
They have cancelled my appointments extremely last min twice, and don't seem to be all that bothered. The first time, I got a miss call and no voice message was left. I only found out it was cancelled when I arrived for my appointment at the clinic. The 2nd time they called to cancel, they let the phone ring twice, hung up and again no voice message. I know it was 2 rings as I had the phone in my hand. I called back and asked why are they are not leaving voice messages regarding client's appointments, the woman said she didn't call so not sure why her colleague did not leave one. I asked to speak to the manager and she said someone would call later that day. To this day I still have not received a call or email.
I have emailed and called them for the past 2 weeks in vain to get a decent/helpful response. They refuse to take responsibility, instead constantly telling me to contact X person. I have called the clinic so many times and have emailed Fitzrovia, info & customer care. Stop passing the buck and deal with my issue.
Last min appointment cancellations isn't the only thing they've done to me.
In my initial consultation I was told if I wanted a further six sessions it will be £250 with the consultant discount. I spoke to the beautician as well as the receptionist if I could think about it, as at the time I did not have the funds. I was told this offer was valid until my 1st appointment and also I would be able to pay in instalments given my financial situation.
I came for my first appointment and took up the offer, however I was initially told this offer was no longer valid by the receptionist. After checking my notes he told me the offer was actually still valid but I had to pay the full amount. I told him it was agreed that I could do part payment, but he said no, I had to pay in full and he was there and he remembered that conversion, (which is surprising given how he didn't remember the offer still stood). I reluctantly paid the full amount, but then had to be really tight on that month's budget.
After I finished my first 6 treatments I was informed I had to pay £200 for the additional 6 session by the area manager. I informed her I had already paid and that I had paid £250 rather than £200. I then had to prove I made payment by sending in my bank statement as it wasn't on the system or in my notes. I then asked for a refund of the difference as it seemed I had been over charged. The area manager offered me an additional area as compensation and we agreed I would be able to have my knees done. Which was great, had it been written in my notes. It was not and I had to contact customer service and after a few days conversing, it finally got sorted.
I still have 3 more paid session for my lower legs, which I am trying to fight for a refund and 3 more sessions on my knees.
Annoyed, frustrated, livid and furious are just some of the emotions that I associate with this company. The blatant disrespect and the lack of responsibility they have for their client is unbelievable. It appears they reply instantly to their reviews, so it seems this is the only way I can get a response out of them.
I have already contacted/emailed their customer support. They already have my details and they should be the one to contact me. Or just reply back to my email I had sent last week.
I am one very unhappy client.

Therapist Dee at the Manchester branch is amazing.
I always book with Dee in the Manchester branch. She is amazing, i have been seeing her for almost a year and i think she is amazing at what she does. I would highly recommend her. She also has great customer service skills and always makes me feel comfortable whenever I visit the clinic.

Avoid at all costs!
Same as most other comments on here, came across them through Groupon. Had laser hair removal in the past and wanted to do it again on a different area. Wish I’d never bought the Groupon!
Horrible customer service. They’re only interested in upselling you every single time you go. I’ve been dealing with the Richmond branch which in itself looks a mess: bare walls, a few shoddy chairs and that’s about it. Treatment rooms are the same, there’s the treatment bed a chair and the machine, that’s about it. Not that clean either. If I hadn’t already paid for the voucher and the other areas they upsold me I wouldn’t go back.
If you’re looking for laser treatment go elsewhere!

I've purchased a discounted packages of 6 treatment for my son's fungal nail infection for £300.
I'm not entirely sure that we have been treated professionally by the clinic in Reading as as a result I requested a full refund.
After the payment was done in 23/10/2018 I was able to book an appointment for the 14/11/2018 and one for the the 19/12/2018. A few days later I received an email saying the the appointment was cancelled due the fact that the machine was in another branch. When I contacted the Reading Clinic the receptionist was quite dismissive e rude and she told me that she did not have any appointment for me and that she was going to contact me when she had some space. I then contact the Leeds number and then very professionally managed to book my son in for the 21/11/2018 and then eventually we managed to have the first treatment.
On the 17/12/2018 we receive another email saying that the 19/12/2018 was cancelled because the machine was faulty. I sent a polite email asking for information about the next available appointment and what I received on the 09/01/2019 was this:
We are waiting for an update as to when we will have the machine back, one received, we will call you to rebook.

I few days later, tired of waiting I've contacted the costumer care asking that this behaviour was not acceptable and that I asked for the full refund based on the fact that fungal infection need to be tackle doing treatments withing a 4 weeks intervals otherwise the treatment wasn't going to be effective. A few minute later (only because the costumer service spoke with the Reading branch) I received an email with another date for an appointment. Appointment that I refused because I'm not very confident about their professionalism and I'm not comfortable of going back to the Reading clinic because I think that the staff is quite rude.
I finally receive an email from the customer care saying that I'm not eligible to the refund because I've started the treatment!!
I've tried to contact costumer care again but nobody answer, I got an appointment today with the Citizen Advise to ask for more help. Also I did some research and there is a group on Facebook called "Vgmedispa reviews and complaints" full of similar stories! I want my money back!

I was yet another buyer from Groupon, having had some laser hair removal sessions from another clinic with really good results, I felt like I would give these folks a shot, especially given the competitive pricing.
Firstly after buying my voucher, upon calling to book my sessions I was told I would need to buy extra for the size I had bought. I debated this and informed them I would send screenshots of the pricing if they wanted to debate this. They eventually informed me I had paid the correct amount.
Getting the actual appointment was thoroughly difficult, I was advised that they were booked up a couple of months in advance due to how popular their offers had been, especially as it was in December and close to Christmas. I was finally offered a patch test and appointment in the middle of February. (They also told me these all had to be in the same clinic and I couldn't use more than one) Why they don't allow this is beyond me considering it's easy enough to share appointment data through a computer.
So it comes to the week of my appointment and I wanted to call them to ensure I had booked into the right location as at the time I couldn't remember if it was the Richmond or Fitzrovia branch I had booked with. I called them multiple times with absolutely no-one picking up the phone, I left messages for someone to get back to me and no-one did. I take the chance and head to the Fitzrovia branch on the day of the appointment as I was fairly sure that's where I had booked.
The clinic itself felt mostly clean but during the appointment, it did feel rushed and the laser used during the patch test felt underpowered, to add to that I was not impressed with them attempting to upsell me another 6 appointments there and then for £100.
So it comes to today, and I receive a call on my phone, I pick up and say hello and then the line just hangs up. I then receive an email saying my first proper session at the clinic on Monday has been canceled due to staffing issues and they will contact me when they have an appointment available.
This company seems all too willing to take your money but their customer service and professionalism leave an awful lot to be desired. I would advise taking your money elsewhere.
