I purchased a deal for 6 laser sessions at the Poole Branch back in March for underarms only to be cancelled on twice! making excuses that the laser doesn’t work etc, then when they ‘fixed’ it the other week, they told me a customer complained it was too hot and burnt her, they tried it on a colleague who works there and it burnt her. How unprofessional telling a customer (me) this information over the phone!! Then when I raised this to head office. The girl in the poole branch denied it.

I have read all the awful reviews online on different review websites about their company making excuses and cancelling on clients.
This is unacceptable from a company! And put a bad taste in my mouth as a new customer.

I want the refund of £49 back on my credit card ASAP before I take things further with trading standards.
I shouldn’t have to keep chasing a refund I am entitled to!
Avoid at all costs and go to a reputable company!

Been seeing Dee for my treatments. I trust her a lot and she’s very honest about treatments. She takes pride in her work

Have been using the Birmingham branch for about 12 months now, and couldn't fault them. All the staff there are pleasant and welcoming on arrival and very professional during treatments.

This is the worse place with the worse communication I ever seen in my life! I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and lately everything seems a real mess.

My appoiments has been cancelled more then three times because of short staffed and another two because they booked me in in the wrong day!
Last session was back in February and since then I have been trying to book several times.

No one reply emails no even calls! Now I am wasting my money as there is a big gap since my last session.

I was reassure this would not happens again and here we go! Only went from bad to worse.

Have been going to this spa for 3 yrs now. Originally purchased via Groupon vouchers for laser hair removal which went fantastic and have continued with this as well as other treatments. Dee and all the staff at the Manchester branch are always so sweet, well informed and professional. They always let me know when they have specials on treatments, when they have new services or products. Definitely recommend them and Dee for any treatments :-)

This is the worst experience I have ever had!
3rd time in a row my appointment gets cancelled just the day before!
And no one ever calls me back to reschedule.
Last session I had was back in January, as you can immagine I have only wasted my money because of this big gap all the benefits from the previous sessions are vanishing!
When the first appointment got cancelled back in March, I had to go to the clinic after a week because no one would reply to my emails or calling me back
When I got there I was reassured by the area manager Ana that this won’t happen again and she said she added a note to my profile that I should have never been cancelled any further appointment. This seems like a joke as exactly the opposite happened!

After my 1st review on here I had a call from a lady call Karen and she listened to my concerns etc. She then said she will take this away and come back. Didnt hear anything for few days and then we spoke again where we discussed a suitable outcome to this complaint. She was taking it away and speaking to the head office. This was a month and a half ago. I called her two days ago and she is obviously so busy dealing herand companys mess that she hasnt even acknowledged my call. If there was a rating of 0 stars I wouldnt even give this company that. They charge people their hard earned money and give you nothing but crap and stress. I am so surprised they are still trading. They need to be closed down.

Had a pleasant experience with Dee doing my treatment, she was very professional and put me at ease.

I purchased a voucher on Groupon for 6 sessions of laser hair removal. I was booked in for a patch test which went well, staff seemed very helpful. They booked me in for my first session a few days later which was cancelled the day before, and I was given no reason. After a week of constant unanswered calls and emails they got back to me, and booked me in two weeks later for another session. This was also cancelled, and has happened three times now. Very poor communication and no staff to answer my calls. I have requested a refund for the voucher as I know I can get a better service elsewhere for the same price but nothing has been done!!!

Dee is a very professional and kind. She is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.

Is always a pleasure to have my treatment done with her, I highly recommend her.

I was really hesitant to get my laser done.
However after being recommended by a friend I decided to get my treatment done.

It’s not as painful as I thought . The staff are really nice and answer any queries you have about laser. I booked in with a lady called Dee , she is hands down the best person to go to . I had seen results pretty much straight away as she is very precise and takes her time each time I get my treatment done. I will be booking further treatments with her

Terrible experience - bought a voucher off groupon and another from them directly for 6 laser sessions on 2 different areas. the first few sessions were fine (although the place is quite dirty and the front desk girls are borderline rude and often book the wrong dates...)

2 months ago they started randomly cancelling my appointments and never answering the phone or emails, even when I left messages. My treatment is now stuck 60% of the way and is delaying my entire laser treatment ahead of the summer, I have asked for refunds and after several emails I received one call saying someone else would call back. groupon eventually issued me with a 20% refund (only on their voucher) to apologise...but I still haven't heard back from VG!

I had initially recommended this to several friends who now also have terrible experiences...poorly run business!

I have been a client of VGmedispa for the last year. It’s very time consuming to get an appointment because there are no staff to pick up the phone or answering the emails.
They cancelled one appointment 24 hrs before the appointment time and they never got back to rebook the appointment. It’s been now more than 2 weeks and I’m still trying to get this appointment shorted. Still no answer.

I have had a few issues with VG Medispa because they are often short staffed and have cancelled many of my appointments at short notice. Having said this, my most recent treatment with Paige was the best. Of all the therapists I have had, she was very thorough, personable and professional. Will definitely be requesting her in the future!

Very good service! I have been doing laser body hair removal there for the last 1-2 years and I am very satisfied both with the result and the service. The only reason I don't put a fifth star is that sometimes cancellations on their side can be last moment and inconvenient.. Also because the beauticians sometimes have different styles that in those rare occasions did not like it as much. But again, these are only very rare occasions!
The best beautician so far has been Jade (also Yolanda but she left the spa). Efficient, understanding and friendly!

How many reviews of mine are you going to report??? And how many emails are you going to ignore Karen??? Dont you get it all I want is my money back that I've been promised. GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!! Dont give me the strict refund protocol crap. The relevant paperworks been signed off. IF YOU GUYS HAVE ANY SHAME GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!

Dee is the best therapist I could ever ask for my laser treatment! Always interest in how my treatment is going on, always there with advises and new promos.
