Most people know that our girls moved to Missouri, where they followed their work experience, the place I have long called my professional home.

Those who know me also know that being a wife comes first, but being a mom and a gma is right there beside it. The dream, since their move, has always been to move closer to our kids and grandchild, so we recently began looking for a home in Missouri.

John, Rachel, and Nicole were once again outstanding every step of the way for me! Rachel and I had a lot of communication back and forth with a few strange hiccups, questions and hurdles, but the entire time I felt taken care of and part of the process in a very positive way. They all did such an excellent job with my entire loan. This is my second loan through Veterans United, and luckily the second time with this team. It was really nice to have had them remember me and my family from several years ago. I will be back again in another several years I'm sure!

The team worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed to purchase and explained things very well. I had a million questions and they answered them all and helped make our move easy!

Being a Veteran, I will say this was the easiest thing I have done concerning my time as a veteran. They were caring, answered all my questions and my concerns when I had them.They helped me get into a home in less then a month. I would recommend them again and again.

Jackson and his team were great to work with. They were easy to communicate with and if we had to leave a message, they got back to us in a timely manner. The underwriter made some things tough but Jackson and his team helped us get through it
