Poor communication regarding delivery
I have a timeline to hit. Only 2 of my 3 items were shipped. I just need feedback on why an item has not been shipped, and when it will be shipped. I tried calling but could not get that information. I have an electrician booked to fit the item, and this communication is needed. I will need to cancel the order due to a lack of information.
