Russell Reed demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire signing up process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Their guidance and support made the otherwise daunting task of signing up for Verifone easy and simple.

Furthermore, I encountered an issue with receiving my payments, and that's when Daniel Dowsett stepped in to assist me. Daniel went above and beyond in guiding me through the process of updating my bank information, ensuring that I would receive my payments on time. Their dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable, and I am grateful for their assistance.

Nidhi has been absolutely superb throughout, from the initial contact and beyond. I have been really impressed with the level of security and the checks undertaken to ensure my business is legitimate, and the aftercare has also been excellent. The handset itself is easy to use. I recently needed support due to a technical issue, and Nidhi and the help desk team resolved my issue promptly and efficiently. Based on my experience so far, I definitely recommend Verifone.

Kim was super helpful from the word go.
She answered any queries I had as I was setting up my business.
I know even now if I needed to email and ask a question she would respond and find an answer.
Really easy process setting up and still happy over a year on.
Cheapest rates on the market in my eyes and love that there isn’t any hidden additional fees.

Fantastic transaction rates and one off payment for card machine (as opposed to monthly fees) is great - really helped to save money for my small business. Portable machine works perfectly - however it is pretty big, could be a little smaller! Special shout out to Ashley (in Kent) he is a star - great communications and support. Highly recommended.

Daniel Dowsett and Oli Taylor( i think that's his surname!) have been amazing. We needed our old card machine to match our new business account. This was a new concept for these guys, but they have been honest and transparent about its success from day one. I am delighted to say that the switch went well and we are now where we should be. These guys are always so helpful and polite. Nothing is ever too much trouble and will continue to check in at every stage to ensure we are happy. Great customer service. These guys deserve a treat!!😉
