Very pleased with how my query was dealt with. Obviously we all want to have a much cheaper charge for card processing, especially for small transactions. Perhaps anything under £4 or £5 could be at 0% with just the Visa or MasterCard fixed fee of 3p? Would help small businesses who sell small items (hardware shop selling £1 and £1.50 items).

Moved from a different provider and the transition was extremely easy. The terminal and online portals were easy to set up and Michael Scott was always at the end of the email / phone and replied almost immediately. Fast, easy and no stress switching! Thank you Michael

We recently switched over to Lloyds cardnet following our commercial banking switch to Lloyds - the process has been nothing but smoot - our relationship manager Michael ensure the process was efficient and we have had no problems at all. The machine was easy to set up and we love how you can see all the transactions on the portal i real time - definately a great switch!
