Nidhi was fantastic at explaining the process of purchasing a card reader. As a brand new small business I really valued the time taken to explain.

Whilst my own business needs are very small, I do not hesitate to recommend Verifone to other crafters I meet as a direct consequence of Nidhi's customer service.

We've been through several mobile card readers, and these are by far the best we've used. The speed and connectivity is excellent, the fees are very competitive and the customer service (particularly Nidhi Jani) is very responsive.

I had a very complex issue with my new terminal but was helped by Alex S from Verifone to get the problem resolved.
Alex could not have been more helpful.
He kept me updated regularly and was professional and courteous throughout.

Been using the machine now for the past few weeks at our warehouse and remotely, and its coverage is incredible, never had one issue with taking any payments. I wish my own mobile had coverage like this.

I first contacted Verifone a couple of years ago after being a customer of Dojo who were charging me too much for having their card machine.

Fast forward two years and I re-contacted them to purchase one of their card machines.

The whole process was straight forward and their rep Kim Byrne has been absolutely fantastic, I really feel that I have my own personal contact should I have any problems. Kim is a true ambassador for your brand.

Furthermore, their rates are market leading, just 1% of each transaction with no hidden fees. I believe their lowest rate is 0.3% based on your turnover.

The machine supplied is very snazzy, has built in 4g and a receipt printer. Payment is made on the next working day.

It was clear I was overpaying on fees with my current card terminal provider, so I had a call around to some others I found on Google, most sounded like cowboys! Robert at Verifone however was a pleasure to deal with, he made the whole sign up process incredibly straightforward and I’m now looking forward to saving a lot of money!

I applied for a card machine stating at my first appointment that I was just starting out in business and needs to open a bank account. I was told that this would not be a problem and as soon as I had a bank account to pass on the details. It would take about 5 days. I did this that day and passed on my bank details. Two weeks later, following various hoops to leap through, I have provided everything Verifone have asked for and sent two emails chasing progress…. NOTHING! Are they just collecting bank details, I wonder????

Verifone is the cheapest card reader there is. I bought it originally when it was on sale, but the fees are so low, much better and more reliable than SumUp

I am not a Verifone customer. Recently I believed I was subject to an ID fraud scam and contacted Verifone. Daniel Dowsett handled my enquiry. He contacted me straight away and helped to get to the bottom of things. He was polite and reassuring and handled all my queries swiftly. He was able to resolve my problem and put me at ease.
