I’m so happy with my 3 seater YANA sofa. I moved into a new flat and I was so pleased to stumble upon an amazing BARGAIN with such great value, quality, modern design and extreme comfort for such a great price. I was determined to get this sofa into our new flat the delivery company they use are great as they were determined that I would own this sofa and as it was on sale I couldn’t return it nor did I want to. We got it in THANK GOD through the window .... sweat and tears and now I couldn’t be happier Wesley’s personal customer service was superb he really cares and I will definitely be purchasing again !!

I ordered a selection of the handmade ceramic plates and couldn't be happier with my purchase! The plates are beautifully crafted and of extremely high quality. Also a huge thanks to a very helpful and responsive customer service team for doing me the favour of shipping them abroad as a present to someone. They arrived promptly and were packaged in a way to avoid any damage to the product. Highly recommend!

This company give very long delivery times. Then the table I ordered was defective. They are now ignoring my request for a new delivery time to replace a chipped table top. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Long delivery times and quite expensive for what you get

Great company and values! I ordered a side table from Venoor and it arrived much earlier than expected. Beautiful design, quality materials and in great condition. Will definitely be purchasing more furniture from them!

The sofa was not delivered at the appointed time. I wasted a whole afternoon waiting for them. No phone call to say there's a delay. I had to call your number to let you know that the sofa had not arrived. They came the next morning without informing us that they're coming. It was just luck that my husband was home.
That is not the way it should be.

Delivery was difficult to arrange and I waited almost a month if I recall, but I am very happy with the product.

Ordered furniture from their website as I had been browsing the internet for sustainable furniture. Unfortunately, due to problems with the delivery company they used, the furniture took quite a while to be delivered. However, the wait was worth it. The furniture arrived very well packed and is stunning. An added bonus was receiving an email from the company confirming a tree has been planted in my name as a result of my order. Well done Venoor for being a company that cares about the future of the planet and the workers who make the furniture!

I've purchased two velvet sofas from the company on two seperate occasions.

There was a small issue with the first product that I ordered, however the company did the right thing in the end and made the situation right.

I loved the first blue velvet sofa so much and it was looking a bit lonely by itself in my living room so I ordered an identical one the week after. The fact that Venoor had resolved the first issue for me was the main factor in my ordering a second sofa from them. The second sofa arrived via white glove service delivery, no issues and quality is great. The fact that these guys had the sofa in stock also mean't that they could deliver my furniture in a just a few days after I ordered.

Excellent service and excellent product!!

I have recently bought the tecia sideboard and I love the live edge feature. It is so natural and you can tell that it is of very high quality. Value of price is very good since I have been looking for a natural sideboards, very similar to the one I bought from Venoor Living, and they are very expensive on the high street. So thanks Venoor for my sideboard. Quality, value of price, customer service, delivery: 5 out of 5. I will most likely buy the tecia dining table for my living room to match the sideboard.
I cannot wait to receive my certificate of the tree you have planted for me.

I ordered the Rossa Dining table a couple of months ago, and asked the team to hold it back until our new house was ready. This was no trouble for them and were more than happy to do so.

I sent an email last week to arrange the table to be delivered and within a few days I had a call to book a delivery slot for the next working day!

Not only is the table beautiful, but also looks really good quality - we very much look forward to using it!
