Our first order a couple of years ago was great, 2nd order of the same thing was a waste of money, they lost our logo, we ordered 5 shirts the same as before and they don't fit, M size is now smaller than it was, apparently our fault for not noticing on the marketing emails they have spammed us with over the last few years.

They should have advised us the design had changed and to check sizes before ordering.

Very dissatisfied, customer service couldn't care less as per other reviews.

If you are looking for a work uniform company don't use this one.

UPDATE: In reply to your reply:- that's great, So we have to dispose of them and over £100 due to you aligning yourselves with your EU company.

Ordered an item and the sizing didn’t match, even if I went 1 size up. Created a return, but never confirmed that they received the item back. The return address was sent to me by email and the delivery company delivered it to the correct address, but they couldn’t confirm the parcel has been received. This is how I lost all my money and even the item. Dissapointing and I will never ever buy again from this website and already made all friends and work colleagues aware not to order from here.

Each item in my order was dispatched separately, and there was a very long delay between my order and all items being dispatched. I was not informed at point of order that there would be a delay and had to chase several times to see when my items would arrive.

Very satisfied with my order. This was also delivered quickly. In my opinion a very good price/quality ratio.

I made an order and even asked if I could pay extra to have it delivered before a certain date, the woman on the phone said it’s already been packaged and will be with you tomorrow, clearly lies,never had an email to say it’s been despatched or tracking info, I should have read some of the other reviews, will now try to cancel the order and go elsewhere, I’d avoid using this company

The worst most deceptive company i have ever bought from. Never has a customer service lied to me so blatantly they just email every few days assuring me my order will be delivered the next day and they never even despatch it. Very stange company to destroy a business reputation so quickly by deception over a £30 order is bizzare. Just be honest. To anyone in the same position just open a paypal dispute and stay well away in future

Great updates of my order and super fast delivery. Good quality clothing that lasts well.

Appalling delivery 2-6 weeks to receive items that have been confirmed in stock. The products are great quality sizing is not consistent across the range which is problematic also.

Some items arrived incorrectly even after weeks of waiting.

Disappointed at the poor customer service and shipping.

The work trousers I purchased were very good quality, and really comfortable.
The problem is the waist sizing. It does say in the advert to go one size bigger, but it still was not enough for one of the two pairs I bought. One was for a colleague, and he found them too small, even after choosing one size bigger than usual. So I had to return them.
Veltuff really need to sort this issue out.

Quick delivery and the garment was same as seen on the website. Fitted well,nice quality, reasonable price.no messing from veltuff.

the company sells work shoes in which the feet become stiff and cannot breathe.

Top quality work trousers delivered very quickly and in excellent condition.

Ordered in July - Parcel lost.
New one sent out which was good, however size was too small so reordered in August.

I had to chase up information and was told that they had moved warehouses so there was a delay (no info on website stating this prior to placing the order).

I chased this up in September, and they stated it hadn’t been dispatched yet due to a delay, chased the order today and they state it was dispatched on 30/08/2023 but has been lost in transit and they are arranging a new parcel to be sent out to me urgently.

They seem to have a lot of bad luck with DPD. £5.95 postage would have been worth it if it actually came within 2-3 days. However I paid $6 AUD for a parcel to come from AUS and it arrived within the week.

The workwear is very smart stretchy and washes well the delivery took so long
