Easy to compare price vs where seats are
Easy to select ticket price level and see how that compares to where you want to be seated. With all of the added service fees, I already feel like someone is digging through my pockets. I guess that’s just how Vegas works now.

The customer service was beyond outstanding! I’m truly surprised to have had such a wonderful experience trying to correct the error that I made when purchasing show tickets. Latosha actually called me a few hours later in the evening to solve my issue and correct the problem that I made when purchasing tickets for the wrong date.im very grateful to her patience and service.

Could be better for purchasing concert tickets.
Everything was on a central site. That made the process of finding entertainment much simpler than going to every hotel and looking at what they have.
However, when I looked at the AC/DC concert tickets, I could not get a direct link to purchase them. This was frustrating. I decided not to go to this concert anyway, but if I had wanted to I don't know why a direct link to purchase them could not have been provided, rather than just a link to the information about the concert.

Show cancelled!
We had purchased a show for July 21 and then the show was cancelled. We received the email from Vegas.com with options available. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Anthony. He was amazing! Rescheduled us for a different show, refunded the difference in price and sent me the new confirmation email when we still on the phone. I will continue to be a Vegas.com customer and I always recommend it to my friends. Keep up the good work.
