I’ve been seeing vax carpet washers on my feed and I’ve been toying with the idea for quite a while my daughters carpet needed washing so I thought give it a go . Seriously cannot fault the company super fast despatch next day delivery with DPD fully tracked carpet washer is amazing I bought the pet one it’s fab easy to use even I can do it . First class service vax even register the appliance so you do have too .

Elizabeth was very helpful and handled my complaint well. I was complaining about poor quality container for 4 litre of shampoo. Both of my containers had leaked from the bottom. Elizabeth also sent me confirmation of my machine guarantee as I couldn’t find it on my files but had bought everything direct from Vax

Vax pet carpet cleaner. Delivery was good, product absolute rubbish. Ruined my carpet. Had to pay for a new carpet in the end. Customer service wanted me to fill in this form for them to investigate, I give up in the end and cut my losses

After much confusion trying to register the warranty i contacted customer services an agent called Stephanie came to my rescue as i had said the model and serial numbers on the head unit were different to the ones on the box and vax website didn't recognise the product it was at this point I was pointed in the direction of the numbers required. As a note to vax it might be helpful to put in the booklet when registering use the numbers located on the label behind the dust collection cylinder not the head unit.

Very happy with the help I got to day from vax my pre treatment wand stopped working and they have kindly sent me a new one thank you vax.

Ordered and delivered next day as said, great asest to a dog friendly house.

Bought a Vax platinum platinum smart design pet carpet cleaner and the front fell off the first time I used it, rendering it unusable. It took 40 minutes to get through to Customer Services who then only offered to send a new part, not a new machine, and when I asked for a refund they make you follow a ridiculously convoluted process of sending you a letter with a label and you then have to arrange your own return. Utterly useless. Avoid.
