Twice i ordered top fill replacement…
Twice i ordered top fill replacement pods and received side fill. I was even told by customer service if it gets in my "cart" it is in stock. I was not refunded shipping costs or taxes yet I was told they had these in stock so I ordered and got the wrong ones again. False advertising and poor filling of orders. Will never buy from them again after 3 years of ordering.

If I get my stuff within a week and it all works I'll leave it at 3*'s, but I have to say that I'm disappointed already. It's been about 2 1/2 days since my order was paid for and confirmed and I'm just getting a tracking number but the post office hasn't received my package yet so it'll be another day until they get it. I'm debating on seeing if I can cancel and get my money back and spend $10 more dollars up the street for the 8 vapes I purchased. This is what I get for being cheap and trying to save a few dollars.

It has been 5 days since my purchase…
It has been 5 days since my purchase and I have not received an update in 2 days so I made phone calls to the only 2 locations available on my delivery schedule since making my purchase on FEBRUARY 28TH, 2026. Today is MARCH 6TH, 2026. On the 3rd, somebody dropped off the package in Fullerton but the label was first made in Anaheim on the 2nd. I called both post offices yesterday (the 5th) and the Fullerton office said someone dropped a package off at 6PM but there was no label on it. They said they threw it on a truck and sent it to Anaheim where the label was and never saw it again. So I also called the Anaheim office and they said the only thing they had was a shipping label from when I made my purchase reverting back to the package being in Fullerton. The website seems like a scam. I wish I could get a refund but I’m learning from other reviews that they’ll only partially refund my money so I’d just like my vapes instead. I ordered 3. That’s a lot of money wasted if they don’t send my vapes.

I am sorry for any concern this has caused. Sometimes the carrier skips scans along the transit route, which can cause this concern. However, this package did leave our facility and is on its way. The label was created in Anaheim, at our warehouse not at the post office. The package was scanned at the Fullerton post office as they processed your packages shipment. Neither local carrier facility has your package because it is in transit. You will likely see an update to the tracking information as the package reaches the destination state within the next few days. Our website is not a scam.
