Ive been using this company for a long time now and honestly they are just amazing, nothing is to much trouble, they get back to you if you email them which is to much trouble for most companies and the delivery is spot on and never had to wait longer than a few days, so thank you vapemate would not order from anyone else

I regularly order vape liquid from Vapemate and the delivery times are excellent.
I recently had to replace my vape which was the Aspire K3 and it had been discontinued so I selected one from Vapemate. Unfortunately, when it arrived it was far too large for me so I called customer services and spoke to Zoe who helped me with my return and also did some investigation to source me a suitable replacement for my original.
She received my return, arranged my refund and has been in constant touch with me with up-dates.
I would highly recommend this website, the service is second to none.

I was browsing online looking for offers on my usual Vampire Vape Pinkman 70vg E liquids. I luckily stumbled upon Vapemate who had them on offer for £1.99 each. Plus i received 20% off my first order for subscribing to they mailing list. Plus you only have to spend a minimum of £10 to receive free delivery which is great and most Vape companies don't offer such a thing. Plus they offers a loyalty scheme where you can build up points to be used as a discount on your next order. Plus they offer a £10 referral bonus for you and your friend if your friend spends a minimum of £20 on they first order.
I needed help with the referral and got a prompt reply back from Zoe at vapemate customer services who helped me get everything sorted so me and my friend received £10 off which was fantastic. I'm really happy with everything I've received as a new customer and the most important thing for me when ordering from a company is the customer service I receive and i got that from Zoe x

I’ve been using Vapemate for around a year now and have been super happy with them. Great prices and great customer service. They’re very quick to resolve any concerns when you reach out!
Only concern is I’ve had to move onto different vapes due to stock availability but there is generally something similar in stock to try instead.

I've been ordering from Vapemate for years and and have always received first class service from them. I recently made a mistake with an order and the return and refund process was handled impeccably. Their own menthol liquid is by far the best menthol on the market and I've tried a lot.

Outstanding customer service
I've always reckoned you get the measure of a company when things don't go smoothly. Recently placed an order which arrived very promptly as usual, but wasn't what I'd wanted. Checked the order and the fault was mine, not theirs. I stuffed up the order finger fumbling and in too much of a hurry.
Contacted customer services and they were absolutely understanding and explained how to return the incorrect product and sort it out. All done as rapidly as humanly possible and very pleasant to deal with as well. They should also get an extra star for NOT using the appalling Evri for their deliveries. Highly recommended.

Great customer service
We have been having problems with the Innokin cool fire pulse vape. We have replaced 2 under warranty and one of the replacements has developed the same problem. Vapemate and Zoe in particular have been extremely helpful in resolving this problem.
