Careful, they charge £200 restocking fee after returning machine on day 8.

I purchased a chocolate tempering machine as a private person.
I wanted to return it at day 6. First the company told me I cannot do it as I tried it..
This is incorrect, I insisted I have right to do so. After that they charged almost £200 for restocking fee which is unlawful for private customers. I find it outrageous that I have to fight for my rights and not offered it first place. I will contact trading standards to get this money back, but found it important to notify customers should think twice to purchase a machine as the company is handling return very unfair.

Great customer service.

I mostly dealt with Bill, I sent him about ten emails as I had a lot of queries about particular items and the responses were outstanding!! I am very impressed with the customer service and would definitely order again.

Excellent customer service. Excellent product

Excellent customer service to the point I got a phone call within two hours of my order being placed to say that my order would be dispatched within 24 hours. Excellent product at a truly excellent price. Couldn't fault either the customer service the product or the delivery.

Placesd order 6 weeks ago,,was told 2 weeks ago it would be dispatched Friday coming,,phoned today to be told going be another couple weeks as there was hold up with advent calenders, accepted I can understand there's hold ups,,asked for the rest of my order to be sent out as been waiting 6 weeks and told only if I pay them more money,, appalling way to treat any customer who placed an order in good faith with a 2-3 week delivery, quick enough to take your money but can't supply your order,, appalling customer service

Thank you for your review, sincere apologies that our service was unacceptable to you.

As you can see from our other reviews this is not a common occurrence, we always aim to deliver within the time frame that we quote at the time of order.

As discussed on the phone there has been major supply issues with the advent calendars you ordered, which is completely out of our hands (we are not the manufacturers of this product).

The additional money you were asked to pay was for an second delivery charge; the packaging manufacturers charge us an extra delivery charge for back orders or orders sent in two parts which is what you requested.

We did offer to cancel your order and give you a full refund, however this was not acceptable to you.

Dealing with problems

I would like to thank James.
We have a rev 2 tempering machine and had a problem with it a couple of times .
And they have been very quick to sort the problems by sending replacements.
I would highly recommend vantage house.
First class service from a first class company

I purchased a Guitar Cutter from…

I purchased a Guitar Cutter from Vantage House and found the level of service provided was simply exceptional. Thanks to Office Manager James Kiely who went above and beyond to answer all my emails and queries and for testing the cutter on my product before I purchased it. I highly recommend Vantage House for its outstanding customer service throughout the whole process.

Happy Hobby Baker

As a hobby baker, I was a little sceptical to use Vantage House as I was put off by the industrialised services they offer. However, I was after a specific product which I was having difficulty finding.
I was so happy with the service received. Easy transaction, excellent communications and super fast delivery. Recommended Seller!
