Where is my refund after approved return?
I ordered in September two suspension seatposts for eur196, but after installing one of them I was very disappointed in the improvement. Got confirmation that I could return them for order 60019079 and delivered them at UPS tracking number 1ZG223B49102949017 refers. But so far did not receive a confirmation of receipt nor did I receive the refund. Please investigate and advise back.
It may be a coincidence but a day after my review i reveived a refund notification.
Bike is fantastic when working as intended. Recommend ordering through a bike shop.
Ordered through a bike shop to have some sort of company or entity to refer to if there were issues.
Bike delivered and works perfectly. It’s an amazing bike for what it is, absolutely zero complaints. Time will tell if this will stay the case with maintenance and prolonged use (if it will not have the same frequent and frustrating repair issues as past models). I am somewhat optimistic about this though, as there are now plenty of local repair shops able to work on Van Moofs now.
One of my friends ordered his through Van Moof themselves and it arrived defective. As far as I know, they’re still having trouble getting it serviced/replaced. Another one recently paid and ordered through their website and had to manually track down some kind of contact form through their website, just to be linked to a table listing their rough estimated delivery date. It seems communication and after-sales support is still a bit lacking, that’s why I’d recommend ordering yours through a bike shop/dealer/partner with a physical location so you have someone to refer to in case of issue.
That being said, when working, the bike is amazing and have had absolutely zero complaints/issues thus far.
