Great oil company

Always delivers when scheduled. If I order too much oil they will credit difference back into my bank account which a lot of companies do not. Have had trouble in past with a company deducting £20 because over ordered. That’s why I’m sticking with Value Oils. X

Good price, terrible service

I'll give them two stars for price and convenience of using PayPal Credit - they lose the rest for having 15 days to deliver my oil, and still being 3 days late, only telling me at 3.30 on final day for delivery. Cold children over the weekend, will take my business elsewhere next time.

Help when it’s needed!

I had a query about a delivery of oil and also the Watchman showing quantity of oil in the tank.
The gentleman, whom I contacted from Value Oils, went to great lengths to help me - above and beyond the normal! I was extremely grateful, and delighted that there are still such good people with Value Oils.
Thank you very much. I have recommended Value Oils to all my friends.

Good price for heating oil

Good price for heating oil, delivered on time by a local supplier. Deduct one star for a problem with the payment website. I tried to pay with a personal AMEX card, but the website thought it was a corporate card and would have added a surcharge. Swapped to VISA.

The price was competitive,
My only issue is on my file there’s a note asking for me to be notified before delivery because the driver needs access to the tank ! For some reason this doesn’t seem to happen.
