Another 5 start review for VTS. I completely forgot I'd booked my car in for three new tyres this morning. Supposed to drop it in at 830am but went shopping instead. Driving back I suddenly remembered so pulled in. They could not have been more helpful - got it all done in 20 minutes and for a great price. Thanks again.
I have used VTS for many years. They have always looked after me and I visited them today, they removed my wheel and tyre and showed me a cracked alloy. They gave me a contact to resolve the issue and undertook a temporary fix. The works took them about 20 minutes and they didn’t charge me. Great level of service, nothing was too much trouble.
They are out of town, but a little cheaper. Makes a big difference when getting all four tyres replaced. The reason for this review was they suggested a repair of a puncture instead of my planned replacement of 4 wheels. Not many places would suggest you spend less money than you wanted to. I have been back a few times since, I've have no complaints about their service, Thankyou
