The lady who helped me with my query was both friendly and efficient. She promised to send me a particular form after consultation with her manager and the turnaround was very quick. If only this was the case with other companies. Well done!

Although Emily Hughes was most helpful, I still failed in being about to scan Utmost International's SR Code and therefore was not able to set up Authenticator. Authenticator is required in order to get the necessary code to enable you to log into my Utmost account. I acknowledge that my technical skills might not be the greatest at the age of 84, I employed a computer technician to assist me in this exercise, and he was also unable to scan Utmost's SR Code. It just kept saying ERROR.

Most providers make you jump threw hoops to get the information you need but Utmost always delivers first time!

Lack Of reponse or emails and letters.You are only now responding to letters dated 6th feb , this is outrageous

I have contacted the Isle of Man bond team a few times recently (in my role working at an IFA) and have been very impressed with the quality of the replies and the promptness of the replies to emails.

However I do have a problem
Being locked out from internet conn for some unknown reason ,in order to establish connection requires I feel rather a difficult undertaking
Being of an advance age should be an easier way of re connecting
Otherwise I’m happy with the service

Heather Parsons answered my email straight away with an answer that wasn't AI generated. It was unusual to get a reply so quickly.

During the many years of cooperation, mostly everything has gone smoothly. The only small hiccups have occurred when I have chanced living from one country to another (Belgium to Finland). And now when ending my journey with you by withdrawing the funds back home, the procedure had some moments of frustration, particularly concerning your ID-Pal App not working smoothly. I gave some direct feedback on that already by e-mail.

Horrible!!! imposible to move money out. I wouldn´t recommend it to anybody.

Sarah Moore specified the reason for my issue, (technical), and that she had asked for it to be corrected. She provided me with my current balance in my fund which was reassuring. It did take a little while to get back to me, but I have had a similar problem on my portal before so I was not too concerned.

This inquiry was the first one in a very long time that I was receiving feedback without following up first.
Big and pleasant surprise comparing to what Utmost has shown the couple last years.

On the other hand, it took 2 weeks to fix what seems to be a simple system glitch.

Communications with IOM/Utmost are almost always constructive, logical and polite. Assistance and advice are generally forthcoming, resulting in a positive outcome or solution.
All of that is greatly appreciated.
