One of the worst companies i have ever…

One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with.
They will call you daily until you agree a contract - but when you agree it the terms are not what you are quoted for. Gas & Elec. are deemed as two contracts instead of one on the same phone call - their argument is 'well it was never specified that it was one', my response was 'well it was never specified that it was two' - to them this is not a reasonable argument.
They took my neighbors Elec. Meter instead of mine, didnt pass my gas meter number or my DD details to the new supplier (I have written confirmation from my new supplier that Utilitywise are at fault, but Utilitywise claim otherwise, but cant prove it as they have destroyed all details due to 'Data Protection' and therefore cannot discuss this!?)
No one ever read any meters, and no details about smart meters. Raised my first complaint in the first week of Jan 2018, but they didnt open a complaint until April as they deemed it as a query even though i specifically said in all calls and emails.. complaint (Especially as they didnt seem very concerned that the new supplier had not received my bank details - to me it implies that they lost them!!)
To find out who is at fault is like getting blood out of a stone - 2 week wait each time! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Amazing service use any other company at your loss!!

Amazing service, if you chose someone else its a big error
Amazing service, this guy didn't hassle me, but also didn't forget about me. He found that fine line of helpful customer service and being pushy. He was honest with me all the way and gave me truthful advice and the truthful position of where we are within the market. I have been in business including purchasing for over 20 years he gave me so much help and confidence in the help we can get I broke my one rule and didn't go with the cheapest, his help and support warranted a slightly higher price. they also beat 98% of others on price. the best bit he told the truth put his cards on the table and earned my business.

One of my least favourite things is…

One of my least favourite things is renewing energy, calling around getting quotes which then lead to endless phone calls etc.. Using Utilitywise was way less painful, they did the legwork and sorted everything for us. Deborah was great over the phone, overall a pleasure.

Excellent Customer Service

Anthony listened to our needs and talked through the research he had done before letting us choose the best option for us. There was no sales pressure and he was flexible in his contact methods to account for our hour of business

A God send

Scott Wing and Trevor Howis came into my business and I couldn't sign a contract with them because I had a long contract with BES that i really didnt want and was having massive issues. Even though I couldn't sign they went above and beyond they called BES and sorted my payments out, I'm now due a huge rebate from them and these 2 have saved my business. They have showed me how to do meter reads and submit them and how to manage my BES account. As soon as I can sign with them I will do. Thank you guys. Michelle @ jolee's cafe

I have been dealing with Utilitywise…

I have been dealing with Utilitywise for several years. I have also experienced a couple of others in the same line. As a result of my experience I use only Utilitywise now. They do what they say and provide a very good service. This is the only company in this line that I would recommend.

I agree with some of the other reviews

I agree with some of the other reviews, they are pretty pushy and then read out a very long script relating to a verbal contract over the phone. You see nothing in writing until after you verbally sign up. This practice should stop . I would add I was also quoted in the final terms and conditions that SSE have processed the application even though the provider is to be British Gas. Very odd !
