I have spoken to representatives at Delta Defense on several occasions. Always an outstanding experience! They have been very professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. My issue was always resolved quickly and very pain free. Kudos to the USCCA and Delta Defense!!!!

I have been an Elite Member since 2018. I joined as an Affiliate Member 3 years ago. I will not lie. I have been going back and forth on to cancel or not. One thing I did with the AOR was look up bail. Having Law Enforcement Experience, I looked into whether or not attorney's can post their clients bail. In 46 states, they canNOT. Texas they can but there is a lot of red tape and things that have to be met before they can. To ME, this is important to me. I do not want to spend any time in jail. When I called and brought this to AOR's attention, they amended their website to put a denote "where not prohibited by law". All I'm saying is; before you switch to ANY company, do yourself a favor and do your research on the things that matter to YOU. For me, I'm staying with USCCA. Look at the people they HAVE backed and I don't believe we have the entire stories on both cases in question.

From chatting online to a phone call, my issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes.
The USCCA truly cares about their customers and treats them like family. They understand things happen in life and yet they care about the well being and safety of the family first. Their customer service is top notch. Charity and Crystal are professionals that I could tell they truly enjoy what they do.
Was a member and instructor. Wasn't informed that had to teach 20 persons/year to maintain instructor status. Instructor status was canceled. Was informed of this when tried to certify a student. Then, I was informed that to reinstate I had to take the course again and pay the fees again to rreinstated. Of course I canceled my membership. Now I'm still pissed off about this. I make the natural assumption that I've been had. Evidently I have no recourse. I really enjoyed and found good resources in their program, but am sorely disappointed in this situation. So heads up everyone. Having talked with many fellow gunshow vendors I'm hearing some of the same stories. Tim Shmidt, things are starting to slip.

I have been a member of USCCA almost since its inception. They offer the highest quality of information, education, training and insurance for those who avail themselves of the right to keep and bear arms under the 2nd Amendment. On the rare occasion that I have needed their customer service, I have found it quick, prompt, professional and always able to solve my issue in just a few minutes. There is no downside to being a member....especially if you carry a concealed weapon.
