Wonderful customer service! From helping me on the phone to my Rep Julie, I am very pleased and pleasantly surprised that the "customer comes first" philosophy does still exist out there!

I have been a member of the USCCA for about a year and the training and peace of mind of knowing that I am protected is amazing. I had never had to call them to discuss anything until a couple of days ago. While I expected it to be no different than calling the BMV or another annoying company I was pleasantly surprised to speak to a representative who was more like a friend than a salesman or retention agent. In no time my issues were resolved and I was on my way. I highly recommend this company and no, I was in no way compensated for this review. This review is based off of my actual experience.

Shortly after I joined (July of this year) one of their response team contacted me by phone to answer any questions I might have had and to make sure I was aware of the many services provided. He even gave me a refund on the price when he discovered I am a veteran. So far, I couldn't be more pleased with this organization.

The representatives are always positive, professional and a pleasure to speak with. They are able to address any situation and always leave me feeling like I belong to a great organization.

I would give no star if possible. I attended a USCCA meeting on June 26. Marty gave an informative safety talk. At the end, his partner, Oz discussed membership. I asked to join, wrote my name on application, phone and email. As I got my CC out, Oz said don't worry about filling the rest out, he took a picture of the front and back of my CC. The charge went on my card the next day. $401. On 6/26 I went online to look at classes but couldn't access as I hadn't been sent an acct number. I only had Coach Marty's email so on 7/7 I wrote him explaining my situation. On 7/8 Marty said he forwarded my info to Oz, he'll get back to me. On 7/8 again he asked if Oz had gotten back to me? On 7/8, I said... not yet. On 7/8, Marty wrote....he has your info he should get back to you this evening. I wrote Marty on 7/12.,.haven't heard from him. Marty wrote back on 7/12, I will see him tomorrow, I will do my best to get him to get your situation taken care of. On 7/13, Marty said, I gave Oz your info. He will get a hold of you. On 7/16 I wrote to Marty about his ignored requests to Oz. After reading similar and other negative reviews I requested a refund. On 7/17 Marty wrote and said to call CS for refund. Are the meetings about recruiting and no follow through? I'm surprised a national organization operates like this. BTW, my friend who attended the meeting with me was going to join but said, let's see how your membership goes first. We both got our answer.
Follow up: CS has given me a prompt refund. Thank you

I had a couple questions I wanted to ask USCCA about some membership issues. The phone was answered promptly by Teresa who was just a joy to visit with. She was also very knowledgeable about USCCA and Delta Defense. More importantly she made sure all my questions were answered. My conversation with Teresa just reinforced in my mind, what an outstanding company USCCA is. These folks are on a mission to give training and peace of mind for every person who chooses to carry a concealed weapon.

USCCA, is a service to the American gun owners. They furnish complete service in the event of a gun owner having to protect himself and his family from violent criminals. They have our back covered. I myself greatly appreciate them for their support and their dedication.
USCCA, also offers training courses for all types of self defense, gun shooting tips to make your shooting safe and effective. The cost is very little compared to what all they do for their customers. If you’re not a member and you carry, or carry a concealed handgun. Then my advice to you is to join. I’ve been a member for almost ten years now, and I’m a member of
USCCA. I’m proud to be a member of such a professional organization. This is something to apart of, and the person who came up with this concept for helping gun owners. I salute you sir for your dedication and commitment to the American gun owners.

Personal protection extends to confidence- choosing the proper firearm for personal protection means finding the right firearm that fits your needs and feels comfortable. That ideology carries over to choosing the proper tools to train, educate and protect the individual who carries that personal firearm, for personal protection. Delta Defense, LLC, covers all the necessities, after purchase of a suitable and acceptable firearm. Having served in a military, in combat situations, and having served in law-enforcement for over 35 years, I assure you, based upon my experience, that Delta Defense, LLC, has the best to offer. Access their website, speak to a Delta Defense LLC professional, who will help you with any questions, and feel confident in choosing a company who offers you the total package to ensure and complete, your plan for overall personal protection and comfort when armed.

It started with just a phone call to clarify some reciprocity laws, but blossomed into a great customer service experience. Glenda M. was polite, professional and considerate, as well as very patient. She did her research and answered my questions and then by simply talking to me about their services and programs etc., i went on to secure a new membership for my son. With the new "referral" i received a $200 store credit and Glenda M. helped me online to order some new clothing items. She was most helpful. I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to spreading the good word.

USCCA/Delta Defense is a SCAM.
They make it super easy to sign up for their "benefits" and then they refuse to cancel recurring payments.
I served USCCA with written notice to cancel and they refused. Finally after requesting the credit card company to get involved, I was forced to close my 12+ year credit card account with Discover. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR USCCA!
-ADDITIONAL INFO:
USCCA/Delta Defense does not follow statutory law related to the Americans with Disabilities Act. I am unable to speak on the phone, thus their policy is not legal. They still refuse to refund the unauthorized renewal charge, even after attempting to escalated via Better Business Bureau. Again, I urge citizens, especially those with disabilities, to steer clear of this company. They are scammers and crooks.
-ADDITIONAL INFO:
I have previously provided all of the information that Karol K 5/9/24, Sandra Z 5/10/24, Kristy L 5/11/24, and Robyn M 5/10/24 and 2/21/25.
Once again, this company is not operating legally and is simply stalling and making this process difficult so that they don't have it issue a $213 credit for an illegally made former member charge. STAY AWAY FROM USCCA!!!

I am a member and called Delta Defese with some questions. It took no time at all to be connected to a live person who answered my questions very professionally. After sharing some personal experiences with him, he was great to talk to as a regular person. I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Customer service is excellent and training is fantastic. Like most insurance you have, you hope to never have to use it. Often, when the legal side gets involved in your insurance incident, you will say "I wish I knew about that before this (event) happened". This company is offering training to help with that. No other companies do that. Other companies only want you to know just what "they" want you to know.
