I had a lovely lady called Kiran who made things so much easier for me to decide who to go with. She gave me a few options and made the whole process seem less. I’ve been playing with the idea of joining a private health insurance and having someone to talk to directly then robots online was a great touch. I ended up with a cover I’m happy with and Kiran guided me exceptionally well. Couldn’t of asked for a better service

Informed comparision between the main 4 to 6 Health insurance suppliers
relationship adviser - foar and informed . Kept notes of all conversations , so no need to keep duplicating conversations
I ended up purchasing Exeter for flexibility of previous and existing conditions, not BUPA which is the obvious popular brand - but could pay for lots of not needed add-ons. Instead I chose to include better coverage of future acute conditions

Example of a Customer Focused Organisation at its Best
My overall opinion of this organisation is 100% influenced by my first and only ongoing contact. His name is Joe Tearail, Customer Services Manager. His professionalism and ability to emphasize from start to finish was beyond the norm.
Whatever recruitment and development processes they carryout, they should continue and if Mr Tearail is a true reflection of the companies professionalism and then long may they continue to provide a service.

I would advise anyone to talk to Usay Compare, particularly if they are like me and are brand new to considering and navigating the private healthcare insurance provider market. Zach was knowledgeable, professional and so patient in answering all my questions and helping me review and compare my private health insurance provider and package options. My only regret is that I had not got in touch with Usay Compare sooner in life to sort out this cover!
