The adviser I spoke to was extremely knowledgable, he was able to answer all my questions and gave me examples to ensure I understood correctly. I cannot praise him enough for helping me through what could have been difficult to decide on the type of medical insurance was be the correct one for me. Employee of the year is Sam!

Speaking to a real person (as opposed to a virtual assistant)who clearly knew his stuff was a great advantage. There was no bias or 'push' toward a particular scheme and all my questions were comprehensively answered.
He called back exactly when he said he would and the whole transaction was stress free from start to finish. At no point did I feel pressed to take out a policy which flies in the face of my experience with some other providers.

I had a lovely lady called Kiran who made things so much easier for me to decide who to go with. She gave me a few options and made the whole process seem less. I’ve been playing with the idea of joining a private health insurance and having someone to talk to directly then robots online was a great touch. I ended up purchasing Exeter for flexibility of previous and existing conditions, not BUPA which is the obvious popular brand - but could pay for lots of not needed add-ons. Instead I chose to include better coverage of future acute conditions
