I ordered Venom 2 Eddie Brock Detroit Lions Jacket for my husband. After we received we found out it was too small for him. And the customer service is very nice and patient to solve my problem. Nice jacket by the way.

I am writing this because I want to share and also provide broader context to the experience and what I feel USAJackets is trying to do...

My first purchase fell short in size and fit - However the craftsmanship was there. They made a great jacket for the price in my view. Then, I asked for a return, and they gave me a counter offer; keep the jacket, and reorder with just the shipping charge. I said yes with the stipulation that we get the measurements right. I provided those measurements to USAJacket and crossed my fingers. The new jacket came and was a perfect fit. I'm so glad I was able to work with them to come to a result where I got the jacket I wanted. Great jacket for a great price.

I want to also mention that what I see is a company trying to provide some pretty cool jackets for a stellar price. They may happen to be challenged by language, culture etc., but in the end, as with any business, they are trying to do better, build a business and make it work. I applaud them for working to build that business. Customer service is the edge they can provide if they continue to work with their customers to get it right.

They get a thumbs up. If you're an unsatisfied customer, give them the chance to fix it. Play an active role in getting it resolved. Don't just blow up and give them a bad review.

As I read over the reviews, I thought I might have to get a refund.. But I was proved wrong.. I saw the jacket delivered from a South Asian country, but didn't expect the product to be exactly as mentioned.

Yes, the contact was the same as mentioned in previous reviews, but the jacket was prepared, delivered in a very timely manner. I just had to followup once.

The quality is awesome, the delivery was timely and the communication professionalism was very good..

I'll recommend buying..

I ordered an "Elder Maxson Jacket" from this guys here and I recieved it in perfect condition; but I kinda forgot to ordered it in a bigger size. So I asked them how could we solve this issue, and so they gave me the option to send another one (with my right size) for only $80. It's super cool! If I would give them 10 stars I would do it and sincerely I would definitely order another jacket from them.

I ordered a Drive jacket and when I was having second thoughts they diligently changed my size to the one I wanted. Would highly recommend this store!

I ordered the Wynona Earp Leather Jacket, and my experience with this company has been wonderful. Their communication is timely and excellent, they were able to work with me to get what I needed. The Jacket itself is excellent quality, made from high quality materials with really excellent workmanship. It does not have the embroidery that the show jacket does, but when they realized they couldn't accomplish it (which is understandable as they aren't a high budget tv production) they were immediately up front about it, and worked with me. Their shipping was fast, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The folks at USA jacket were super helpful with customer service and their shipping was incredibly fast. I chose to expedite my shipping and it flew all the way across the world in less than a week, arriving just when I needed it. The coat measurements were perfect on their website and it fit my dad like it was tailored for him. The leather quality and stitching was incredible and my dad was so happy to receive his gift. Thank you USA jacket for making my dad’s day ❤️

Honestly, I had no idea what to expect going in to this purchase. Barely any reviews on the website itself but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. For the quality of the product, customer support and the overall speed of everything, I am in awe. To put it in perspective, I bought my item 9 days ago, on a bank holiday weekend and it arrived yesterday!

I thought for the price, approx. £120 I would be getting something cheapish looking etc but it looks and feels like a £300 item.

Edit: Six months later and I FINALLY received my refund. I had to contact them via whatsapp because they were ignoring a majority of my emails. This number is located on their Facebook page, the number on their website does not work. They refunded me through a sister company to my PayPal account because apparently they are still having technical issues with their account.(really? After six months?) They then had the AUDACITY to ask me to remove my review. I will never purchase from this company again due to their poor quality merchandise, poor customer service and their terrible business practice. I would not trust the positive reviews given to this company.

I have been fighting for a partial refund of an item I order, that was not as pictured and extremely poor quality, since November. They have done everything in their power to put off giving me this refund and they were ignoring many of my emails. DO NOT trust this site. They claim that their merchant account is having issues but based on reviews I'm reading on here that "issue" has since been fixed but they still seem unable to give me the refund that they promised me. They keep telling me to go through my bank but my bank will not refund me on their behalf because purchase protection only covers stolen and broken items within 90 days of the purchase. I have been fighting for this refund since the day I received my item in the mail. It has been 5 months and I have been forced to send them emails from different accounts to get their attention due to them ignoring most of my emails. I'm not sure what else I can do but I will not give up until I get that refund.

Edit: I just received an email from them telling me "We don't have the authorities to refund because Bank doesn't give us the option of a refund. Only they have the right to refund your amount." which makes absolutely no sense and why would they be guarunteeing refunds to people if they didn't have the authority to give them?

The jacket was purchased as a Christmas gift. It didn't arrive in the time they said it would. When it was opened, the jacket did not look like the one we saw. It was large and the quality was poor. We attempted to return it but there was no return label. Once we were able to locate the purchase email, we expressed our disappointed. They refused to give us a refund stating it was over 30 days. Did I mention it was a Christmas gift. Shop elsewhere where you are a valued customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Coat was too big and after copious amount of emails going back and forth I decided to keep the coat and they agreed to a partial refund so I could have the alterations done myself. SO GLAD I DIDN'T PART WITH THE COAT as I would have no coat and no refund. Disgusting business acumen. The quality of the stitching is poor in some areas of the coat. Overall all a really bad experience and I'm going to take this further if I can. But given they state USA they are in India so don't hold out much hope. STAY CLEAR

I bought the Poldark Coat for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately, the fit wasn’t right. I contacted customer service and their response was quick and always immediate and they offered a couple of ways to fix my issue. I was impressed with the customer service I received. I appreciated the quick responses to all my emails. The quality is good and we were able to get the right fit once I sent the measurements. My husband loves the coat.

There was a mixup on my end which caused me to receive the wrong jacket. I contacted customer service, and they responded promptly - offering solutions to the problem. Ultimately, I ended up with the jacket I wanted. If you're thinking about getting the Laurel Lance Black Stitched Leather Biker Jacket, I can tell you that I'm very pleased with it. The reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the original shipment was promised before Christmas, but didn't arrive until well after. That was super upsetting because the jacket was purchased as a gift.

This company are horrendous, they WILL take your order, send your the worst item of clothing you’ve ever seen and promise you a refund.

You will never receive your money back.

A woman named LISA AMBER will contact you with many promises and screen shots of FALSE bank papers and LISA AMBER will request you remove your reviews so they can continue their SCAM.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I needed a different size and contacted customer service. I have tried three times to contact them and have yet to receive a response. Beware-if you make a purchase you will be stuck with what you get.

Excellent experience. I ordered the Never Kiss Man in a Christmas Sweater. Made well, fit nice. It even had the silver lapel piece I loved. Correspondence was prompt and pleasant. Would love to have this coat in red.
