A couple of weeks ago my husband ordered me a jacket. It arrived three days ago and fits nicely. Can't wait for Halloween to really wear it

The service was good and professional. It was just very unfortunate that they aren’t able to ship to my local post office which is a shame.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and they were super helpful in getting me the correct one quickly! I ordered the Party Poison Jacket and it was great quality and I am excited to be able to wear it once I receive the smaller size :) I would 100% recommend and I am going to look great at the concert I am wearing it to! (No pics yet sadly)

My jacket hasn't been delivered or even shipped. I have been waiting patiently only to receive no update whatsoever. I either want a refund or my jacket. This site was a scam and not worth the money.

Great Jacket. I love it!

I ordered a David Byrne "Big Suit" off the website for USAjacket.com and received a suit which had no resemblance to what was posted on their site, including the price. Listed at $ 119 with a $ 20 discount, I should have been billed $ 99. Instead, I was billed $ 159 less $ 20 for a total of $ 139, $ 40 more than advertised.

The jacket would NEVER have passed as a David Byrne Big Suit. The pants were three inches too small, 29 instead of 32. When contacted, they said they would offer no refund. I contacted my credit card company and put the matter in their hands. I also returned the suit which USAJacket finally agreed to accept (but only after eleven email exchanges) including a promise to refund. HA! I had to send my proof of delivery to the credit card company. Just got the final word that USA Jackets has refused to issue any credit of any kind despite their errors, their trumped up prices, their misleading website images and despite their promises to refund if the jacket was returned.

If anyone wants to see the "as promised" vs "as delivered" images, just let me know at j c stehli at g mail . com. Obviously no space in that.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was searching for Newt Scamander’s New Coat and came across this site. They were using stock images to sell the coat. Obviously I was very skeptical but I gave them a chance.

I don’t regret ANYTHING. They were very friendly and answered every question and request I had. I asked if they could show me the finished coat before they shipped it so I could see what I would be getting and they sent me detailed photos of the coat and it was perfect. They were nice enough to tell me that if I didn’t like the final product, they’d refund me.

When I received my coat I notice the design was printed on and not actually threaded wool but it photographs so well! You can’t even tell.

Buy with confidence. USA Jacket is Legit!

Update to my previous review about this company and my order for a John Dutton Jacket. I had spent weeks trying to get what I ordered without costing me any more money and gave them till January 28/22 to sort things out. When they ignored me I wrote a review. Feb 2/22 they came back and offered me a refund of $100.00 and said I could keep the useless jacket that they sent me. Even though I would still be out $55.00 I accepted their offer Feb 10/22.
Interesting once they read the review they said they would only provide the $100 refund if I removed the review. So in essence US Jacket wanted to buy a good review for $100.00.
Sorry cannot be bought and would highly recommend not to purchase from this company.

I purchased an Elder Maxon Battlecoat from this company. The order process was easy and my package arrived quickly. Problem is, it's a size too small and every attempt to contact them regarding an exchange has been ignored. The exchange form on their website generated no response. The chat function on their website only produces generic responses. And the "phone number" is a whatsapp link that doesn't get responded to at all and disconnects instantly if you try to call it. And the account I made for the purchase now won't let me log in.

Update:
USA Jacket has finally gotten in touch with me, and is now holding my exchange ransom unless I delete this review.

I feel bad for those giving the bad reviews, their challenges should not be occurring. I ordered the Rocketman Denim Jacket and it was of amazing quality, quilt lining with inside pockets that you can put your phone in. There are 58!!!! superior quality patches on this jacket, (you couldn't buy them individually for the price of this jacket) It sounds as if this company is outsourcing to different manufacturing in different countries, I understand that, and there is nothing wrong with that. However, it sounds as if there is a different level of competence and pride in customer service in these sites. Now, my jacket was made in(mailed from) Pakistan, not SE Asia, my jacket had a USA Jacket label and Brand hang tag, a size label and travel bag, and came as ordered and true to size. A beautifully made jacket. Also, my customer service was excellent. I forgot to order expedited service and emailed them immediately. Got a very quick response, also from Lisa, suspect a company response name, nonetheless, she guided me through the process of paying additional shipping fee, even with me having challenges with that, I got my jacket in 5 days! Perhaps those with all the terrible sizing, quality problems are from a specific facility and perhaps USAJackets can get all their contracted companies to the same level of competence and address this 'pay postage' scam that some seem to be using. I am happy with my fabulous jacket and wonderful service.

I’m a cosplayer and I’ve been searching for a jacket like this for over a decade. Most of the ones I’ve seen have been wool or cotton but USA Jackets have exceeded my expectations by making a screen accurate jacket out of red suede leather. It even comes lined with functional pockets. I can’t wait to wear it to Gallifrey One as Captain John Hart from Torchwood.

I purchased a Bengals starter jacket for the Super Bowl and was needing it shipped quickly tk Arizona. The team at USA Jackets did an amazing job not only on getting it to me in record time for the big game but the product quality and the jacket was more than I could have hoped for. I love it! Customer service was also awesome very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend thank you USA Jackets for making my Super Bowl!!

I received my kingsman golden lasso jacket at an astonishing speed, given that it was made to order, with all due measurements, in little than two weeks.
The orange color of the jacket is spot - on with the movie and is a great gift for my son. However, it is too small, ordering by size (XXL..) probably would have been better. I was offered a partial refund or a redo with extra p&p, i chose a partial refund. Nice client service.

I ordered a jacket from USA Jacket. I didn't mind the wait for the jacket as I know custom pieces take awhile. I looked at the sizing charts and it said that a xs in sizing was equivalent to a size 0/2. I usually wear that but since it was a coat, I sized up so I could wear a sweater underneath as I was planning to wear it a outdoor event during the wintertime. I'm giving 3 stars because when I received the first jacket it was absolutely stunning. The fabric was sturdy and rugged but soft, perfect. It replicated what I wanted beautifully. Then I put the jacket on. It was snug so there was no way I could wear a sweater underneath. That's ok. I can work with that. The big problem was the sleeves. For a full coat it wore like a 3/4 sleeve on my arm. The arms were so ridiculously short. Like it was a child's coat. If it was a shirt I would just wear it that way but it was a lined coat so no rolling up the sleeves. I immediately emailed the company about the sizing. They told me I could keep the to give away and they will give my $10 credit or they could make me a new one and all I would pay was shipping. I opted to pay the extra shipping for a new coat my size. They sent me the link to pay and I did. Then they asked for my measurements. I gave them the measurements. I was happily waiting for my new coat and was surprised by the quick customer service. I was happy. They gave me my options and I chose from there. Then I got another email asking if I wanted the vest that came with the jacket or just the jacket. I told them I expected both pieces as they said I could give the other one away and what I bought was 1 jacket with 2 pieces. That makes the full jacket. I did not buy them separately so why would I expect differently.If the jacket is a big larger then the vest would have to be too. They then said I would have to pay additionally to compete the jacket. What?!? Why didn't they say that beforehand? There would be no issue if they were clear. Then they gaslit me and told it its my fault because my body is not their measurements. It's my fault because I should have kept the vest part of the jacket even though they told me I could give it away. I sent them a picture of them saying so. I told them I would not pay an extra fee. It's ridiculous to keep paying extra fees. It's clear they wanted me to pay for the full jacket again. I told them they could send whatever they wanted. They sent the new jacket express (Thank you) but the new jacket is nothing like the beautiful jacket they send before. The materials and fabric are completely different. The colors are different. It's super puffy unlike the sturdy original. It genuinely looks like they made it angrily. Again, I give them 3 stars because the first jacket was made beautifully from the look to the feel. I just wish they could have given me THAT jacket in my size and not for a child. Now I have no jacket and now a family member has a beautiful jacket from a movie and franchise they haven't even watched. I'm confused as to why they couldn't make the jacket again if they had already made it once.

Ordered the Luther jacket and it was advertised as wool blend like the real thing. The product is the thin material of a costume shop imitation of a suit jacket and definitely not a wool blend. I should have expected as much from seeing how many reviews looked too good to be true but maybe people are happy with their other products and I'm just cynical.

However, when I decided to leave a 2 star review on their site and put it up for approval, it automatically added text at the bottom saying "I recommend this product" despite the fact that my 2 star review was very clearly not promoting it. This definitely makes me question the legitimacy of their Trustpilot reviews, as well as obviously all of the ones on their site.
