Got my dogs certified
My friend told me how to get my dogs registered under this site. I was like ok there just like the others but it turned out this site is amazing as soon as I ordered and within a week I got both my dogs certificates and cards and coolers and tags.
Plus as soon as my landlord got pics from me of citificates he stopped charging me my pet rent I was paying each month. Thank you all so much.

Deceptive marketing
It is advertised that the “ registration does not expire valid for the life of the animal”, it would be worth the price if this was true. So then why does my ESA letter expire after a year from the issue date? And now, they are emailing me a year later trying to get me to renew my registration. I will not purchase from you again.

However, the ESA or PSD letter issued by a licensed mental health professional must be renewed annually, as it serves as an active medical document verifying your ongoing need for an assistance animal.

Due to HIPAA privacy regulations and federal telehealth laws, we are only permitted to deliver official Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) letters electronically via secure email. This ensures your confidential health information and therapist’s signature remain protected.
Physical copies, ID cards, or certificates are optional add-ons that can be ordered separately if desired, but the legally valid document is the PDF letter sent to your email. That letter can be printed and used for housing or travel purposes as needed.
If you did not receive your email or need help downloading or printing your letter, please contact our support team at 800-918-3151 or reply to your confirmation email — we’ll be happy to assist right away.
