SIM was not received poor and slow service
SIM was not received and I was charged. Money never were credited to my account.
By the time I was contacted I left Ukraine and no longer needed SIM.

My personal experience this is the best eSIM service I have used so far. They offer very affordable prices and great plans. Totally worth a try I am even more impressed with the voice capability at the lowest imaginable cost with a steady and stable service.

Is diffcult to know when your time has…
Is diffcult to know when your time has expired... So whn I travel to Kuala Lumpur, I wasn't sure if I had no coverage because of the geographical change or if it was due to the full use of the data bought.
I kind of realize it was the second because when I arrived back in Amsterdam I had no more data... I t would be great to have a way to monitor your consumption.

Thanks for the review, We work hard to meet expectations like yours, every customer is important to us, but is important to tell the full story, we informed you that you used most of your plan and recommended you to close the data for apps running in the background and to download a data manager app to monitor your usage as a courtesy from your total package of 3 GB you used 2.2 so the service was never interrupted upon your request we provided via email the history of the usage at that particular time and access to the back office so you can see all your records in real-time.
on the last portion of your trip we offer to replace the SIM for free and to provide you with our local sim for free and by the time we arrive at your location, based on the window of time that you mentioned via chat, you where no longer there, we understand that you were on a vacation and is not easy to waste time, but we did every effort to help you with direct communication via WhatsApp and email, in this case, we do not agree with your review comments, but looking forward, if you decide to give a second chance during your next trip please contact us in advance and we will give you a generous discount to make up for the time during your vacation, Thank you
