Work flawlessly
Easy setup, no operational issues. Was up and running as soon as I landed. Used the strongest network tower in an obscure area which was AT&T (which would cost a lot more to get their Sim and requires a store visit=irrelevant upon landing from abroad).

When arriving everything works perfect till the end of my trip.
When arriving, the service was received exiting the plane and remain active 24hs till the departure of flight. All across the country work perfect.

Dear Tuvia we replied to your email, you couldn't use the sim card but you installed the QR code most probably you didn't set up the APN or activated the data roaming on which is the most common issue We provide customer service via email and whatsapp and you had plenty time to contact us and for sure help you during your trip, you requested the refund 10 days from the time you received the QR code and after scanning the code
We are offering you a $15 credit store for any feature trip in more than 160 destinations please confirm the email we sent you
The service works well
The service works well. It’s not a rate 5 because of the set-up, still a bit confusing. But once the set up is finished, no complaints
