Decent discount and no surprises
The price was good... a small but real discount. When our plans changed and I had to cancel, I was able to reach a person to accomplish that--even a little outside business hours. The return was exactly as disclosed up front before purchase. The person I spoke with wasn't the greatest. She did not seem able to listen and understand that I already understood the terms of the return and was fine with them and did not need a long explanation or mea culpa on the fee. She had a bunch of stock phrases she seemed compelled to repeat about valuing my time that just dragged the call out longer. It took 10 minutes plus when it could have taken two. But overall, the experience was good.

Prior to purchasing the tickets, I had a few questions. The first person was very helpful and telling me when the sale was ending. The second two sales person never would say when the sale of tickets was ending. Tickets aren’t cheap so to know was important to plan our budget.

Increased prices same day
I understand that pricing is dynamic and that ticket prices can change day to day. However, when I was researching express passes for my family, I was frustrated when I checked prices on your website and then when I returned later to purchase them, they cost more. Again, I understand that payment model, but I still felt annoyed and feel like the system is rigged because once the algorithm knows we’re interested, it charges more.

Prices may change throughout the day due to factors such as date, demand, availability, and park pricing updates. Undercover Tourist does not track individual interest or adjust prices based on a guest returning to the site.
We always recommend purchasing as soon as you’re comfortable, as prices can increase.

I appreciate all of the Disney deals as that doesn’t happen often I’m a little put off by the number of choices and trying to figure things out on with the right packages. And then I think it’s really confusing when you say there’s a $20 Dining credit but you still have to spend more. For instance, I bought four tickets and got $80 worth of credit but to use those $80 worth of credit I still have to spend a significant amount of additional money so that I can just get a discount it’s not really a straight credit it’s a discount

On the Dining Dollars, you are absolutely correct — Dining Dollars aren't a $20 cash rebate. They're a $20 promotional credit that unlocks access to additional discounts on gift cards and dining vouchers.
Here's a real example: You could use your $20 Dining Dollars credit to get a $100 Disney eGift Card for $85 (15% off face value), or apply it toward discounted restaurant vouchers at select theme park restaurants and national chains. These discounts aren't available to the general public.
So while it does require making a purchase to use the credit, you're getting double savings: discounted theme park tickets from us, plus the free $20 credit with each ticket to put toward other discounted products that aren't generally available.

Total bait and switch tactic used
Total bait and switch tactic used. The "Dining Dollars" can NOT be used all at once. They limit how much you can apply toward any gift card. Then when you try to cancel (even though no physical product was sent) they only try to give you 95% refund. Not a 100% refund! They price was more expensive then buying directly from Disney, but with the "Dining Dollars" it would have been a better deal (had you been able to use them). But then when we tried to price match they said they don't price match directly from Disney?! Definitely a shady company. Beware!

To clarify: Dining Dollars are a free $20 promotional credit we provide with each discounted ticket purchase — this is in addition to the savings you're already receiving compared to buying directly from Disney. We state upfront in our terms that this credit can only be applied one time per offer: "Dining Dollar Promo Codes must be redeemed in advance at DiningDollars.com. Limit 1 promotional credit per gift card or per dining offer. Promo Codes expire one year from issuance. See terms for details."
Additionally, our 5% cancellation fee is disclosed in our terms at the time of purchase and applies to administrative costs, including credit card processing fees when refunding your transaction. This fee allows us to offer flexibility with cancellations that you don't receive when purchasing directly from the theme parks.

Brief experience with this company, prompt refund issued.
Purchased an express pass for universal parks. Selected the date I wanted, paid for it. Then to just notice in my account that the order had an issue (I wasn't emailed or notified, so was just lucky to have checked).
Turns out the date I paid for wasn't in stock.
Why allow it to be selected then?
The customer service lady on the phone was very polite and helpful and the refund came within less than 2 days.
I would use the site again because the price is good, but please be more vigilant on keeping inventory updated on your system for customers.
