Lewis Walker picked up my query straight away and dealt with the issue immediately. There was a fault with my balcony door and someone was out to fix it very quickly and i received updates throughout the whole process

Phil is very responsive and provides an excellent level of service. He always replies promptly to emails and ensures that any reported issues are followed up and resolved quickly. His communication is clear and professional.

He is also very kind and approachable, and overall I am very impressed with the support he provides and the standard of service.

The service that Lewis has provided has been amazing since I moved into my property, whenever I have had any issues with my property he makes sure to have a contractor out as soon as possible, Lewis also follows up to make sure everything is fixed and if there is anything else he can do which I really appreciate. All contractors who have came to my property to fix work have all been polite and amazing.

The Western Villages is a great complex, clean and quiet.

Due to the Solar panels that are installed and I assume the insulation, my electricity and heating spend averages £50 a month; which is very economical.

I have lived in a new build flat managed by umega for nearly a year now. I'm very impressed with the way umega and in particular, our amazing project manager Lewis Walker run the development. Repairs are actioned swiftly and professionally and Lewis is always just an email away if there are any issues. Hes our friendly neighbourhood project manager!
