12 years of pleasure
My wife and I purchased our hot tub 12 years ago and it is still going. I go in the tub every day and my wife only misses when Coronation Street is on.
We have had to replace the cover a few times as they eventually do get heavy. The replacement was fitted without hassle by Keith. Chemicals are always available.
I do stay in the tub longer than I should but the wrinkles soon recover.
I have a bad back and the tub gives me instant relief.
Thanks to Ultimate we have enjoyed 12 years of pleasure.

Outstanding Service
Could not fault them!, they listened and recommended the best hot tub for us which we have hardly been out of since it arrived
They even have trial facilities which our little boy thought amazing and took advantage of!
The hot tub arrived on time which was hugely important as it was my Birthday present!! the person who installed it was also very helpful, knowledgeable and very polite
Thank you to everyone who made what we thought was going to a daunting purchase as we hadn’t a clue which or what we wanted, extremely easy and fun
Can not recommend them highly enough!!!!

Amazing service and people
Kim and Keith could not have been more helpful and flexible with the delivery and installation of my hot tub. They were very accommodating of the surprise aspect of the tub and were patient with all the questions I had. I very pleasant and professional experience from start to finish.

Our hot tub was delivered two weeks ago and we are extremely happy with it. When we first considered having a hot tub, we sought advice from Ultimate Hot Tub advisor and were extremely impressed with their approach, no hard sell and measured advice and information. Support afterwards is great, like having your own personal advisor at the end of the phone. The person who sold it to us is the same person is continuing to support us. Excellent service.

First Class Service
After visiting several showrooms and doing my 'homework' I went in and saw Kim and Keith. They were able to give me so much information and help pick the perfect tub for me and my family. The whole process has been great and they have always been at the end of the line to give me any further advice. So pleased I purchased from them. I can't recommend Ultimate Hot Tubs enough. Really worth a visit!!
