The team were really helpful, gave clear instructions and delivered a quality product. We ordered swimming ear plugs for my little one and he's happy with them. Good experience all round.

The email communication could be a little clearer in providing details of where to book appointments for moulding. The ordering did take a little longer than I thought. The item received was great. I've yet to try them out on the road but they're comfortable.

Have previously used Ultimate Ear in 2007, and was extremely pleasantly surprised to find they did ear bud gloves as the standard Sony options simply didn't work for me.

Very easy to get an appointment at the office (though be warned all parking nearby is chargeable via RingGo) for the moulds, and the gloves arrived literally days later.

They're dead easy to use and make the world of difference. Highly recommended, especially as my corded speaker ear plugs from 2007 are still in fine working order1

The experience was fine in terms of delivery. The monitors wiring placement is a bit strange for behind ears

Great communication all the way through the ordering process (as I had two different sets to order) and the final product is great. The fit and noise reduction is excellent, and easy to wear under my motorcycle helmet. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent product I went with the 3 driver set up. Highly recommended for those serious about music hearing those deep base tones without distortion.

Fast, efficient service. Have unusually short ear canals and was worried that custom moulded plugs wouldn't work for me, but they fit great. My in-ear monitors block everything out and provide excellent clarity, and I'm excited to tour with them. Will use again. Thank you!

I bought some side sleeping plugs. They're pretty good. It's nice to not have constant pressure in the ear canals that you get with foam plugs. So far happy with then, but they're not total block out. They're more like loops just reducing the loudness of the sounds. They're quite relaxing and I think I'm going to get good use of them for a variety of situations. They have s lovely discreet mould too.

If you suffer with terrible wind noise, You should 100% invest in yourself and get yourself a pair of filter plugs you wont regret it!
I suffered really bad with my hearing and not being able to hear my coms kit saying, aaa or what was that again and annoying my fiancée by saying that all the time.
I also spent so much on £10 £15 £20 £30 + on so many different types of ear plugs and it would either not change or completely lose my hearing and end up costing more than a set of filter plugs.
When my fiancée and I went to the NEC for the MCL and got my impressions done for free and the chap sat next to me saying "You won't regret this. I have 3 different sets. Changed his riding." Obviously I was hesitant.
I finally went out on the bike and OMG I could hear my coms much more clearly, the bikes not overwhelming anymore I can still hear sirens and cars My ears are loving the lack of wind noise.
It takes a little getting used to but 100% worth it.

These were replacements but didn't fit the same as the first pair, and quite expensive as a replacement not a new customer

Visited their stand at the NEC, all my friends have the Pro versions so finally bit the bullet and sat down for the cold squashy stuff to be put in my ears for the shape. Delivery was very quick, now just gotta get used to wearing them.
