SENT A COUPLE OF MESSAGES TO THIS COMPANY WITH PICTURES OF THE DENT IN COFFEE GRINDER NO REPLY ,AWFUL SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .IF IT STOPS WORKING I,M STUCK WITH IT .

I foolishly bought a car cover which I now want to return after reading that it needs to be removed and refitted every 3 days. This is despite it being 'fully breathable'. Now I realise that UKToolbox will deduct £30 from the £60 purchase price when returning an item.

The website stated the item was a stock item.
had email back saying the manufacturer didnt have any.
Totally misleading.
We had a job planned in to use this item.

Order an item from these guys on a Friday midday. Was at my house on Monday by midday. Very happy with the item sent. Thanks guys/lasses.

Ordered what I thought was a full complete sprayer handle. On google various sites had photos of just a handle around £5. Uktoolbox had a photo of a full handle/wand/nozzle for £10.48. Went on their website and bought what I thought was a full complete handle. Photo on the buying page suggested the same. Postage was around £5. When the handle came it was just the handle only (which I could of purchased at the half the price from numerous sites on google). I have emailed the company and telephoned them all to no avail. They didn’t reply. Their website is very misleading when you see a photo of a product that you think you are buying and then they supply something else. I feel conned and cheated by this company. My advise stay clear and look elsewhere that way you won’t be swindled like I was.

I have been trying to resolve a problem with a rotary dryer damaged in transit since February. Customer Service has been hopeless. I have had zero luck getting any answer from the customer services phone line and have been ignored. Very dissapointed

NO order in sight and no response via phone or email - reporting to the bank as fraud

No response on phone or email requesting tracking and delivery info. Now going to PayPal for refund.
UPDATE
24 hours later I have had an email from Uktoolbox blaming the courier for damaging the generator in transit and have refunded.

Placed an order for over £400. Given a 2 day delivery. Now 6 days later and no sign of item. And after numerous unanswered phone calls and emails still nothing. I have come to the conclusion that this company is a scam. DO not buy from them.

Ordered a brake pipe ratcheting set on Sunday afternoon from UK toolbox.com
It arrived Tuesday noon. Received email and text messages about journey to my address.

My order arrived just fine. Sadly the item was faulty and trying to get a replacement or refund has been challenging. I’ve been forced to raise a dispute with PayPal in order to get this resolved. I’m glad for the buyer protection, but it really shouldn’t be necessary. Try answering the phone.

Bought a Torque wrench from them as it was a great price also being the cheapest around and it arrived next day for me. First time buyer from them but will definitely be buying more tools from them

DO NOT USE - I ordered a bunch of work clothes to try on and send back the items that did not fit, the order was around £300, I send back around £150 worth in TWO SEPARATE PARCELS. Tom there says they never received either of them!

Also - when I originally asked to return the items they tried to make me return the items to 3 separate places (and I had to pay a 10% restocking fee). I made a fuss about this and was asked to return to one place - But apparently neither parcel ever arrived and I have not received any money back...
