Great communication, even before ordering they answered all my questions. They are competitively priced if not the cheapest. I ordered on a Thursday Evening, shipped out Friday Morning, and received on Saturday before 1 pm.
I am new to investing in gold and this is not only my first order with UKBullion but also my first order of any gold bar. I hope to place more (if my wallet allows it!)/
I am already eyeing up the Lady Fortuna or the Brittania gold bar. Hopefully not be too long before I order again!

It was about 10 years ago when I purchased from UK Bullion and all went smoothly and well. So, when I wanted to ‘sell back’ it was only natural to use them again - and it couldn’t have been easier. The couple of queries I had were answered clearly and politely, the goods were posted, an offer made and accepted and the money received into my account all within 24 hours. I cannot fault their service or communication at all and the two people I spoke with couldn’t have been nicer whilst still being thoroughly professional.
