Purchase went fine, but delivery poorly managed by DPD, so 4 stars only. It would have been useful to have been made aware of carriers' stringent conditions ahead of actual purchase. I then had to wait some time for a grandson to move it upstairs. Product now functioning as well as can be expected in current heatwave, but I have not yet been able to unscrew the screw on the remote so as to fit the batteries.

We ordered an air conditioner from UK Air Purifiers on Thursday 18th June to ensure our baby's room stayed at a safe temperature during the forecast heatwave. We specifically chose them because they had the model we wanted and advertised 1 working day delivery. We ordered trusting that we would get this on Monday 22nd June at the latest.
We still haven't received it, just daily emails from DPD telling us it's been delayed with no useful insights about why or our new expected delivery date. Checked with customer service yesterday and told we would get it today but no delivery confirmation received, just another vague and useless email about delays.
Had we known there was a risk 1 working day delivery could exceed 4 days we would have selected another option. Wish we had ordered from elsewhere now.
I appreciate this could be a problem with DPD but we placed our order with UK Air purifiers and trust the info on their website. Still received nothing and no refund or recent updates from them and now very hard to get the unit we want elsewhere too.

I initially enquired about an air purifier via email. I received a quick reply that answered my questions fully.
I decided to order the product. Ordering was very easy and I received the product the next day as promised.
Can't say fairer than that.
I would definitely use this company again.

Purchased the Blue Max 3250i and it was delivered in two days. This product is exactly as described and works brilliantly, detecting small nuances of impurities and adjusting the airflow as required. Nighttime mode is silent and ensures air purity is controlled continuously.

Super quite and really effective.
Detecting air quality changes and increasing filtration as required.
Air quality in bedroom so much better.
One issue is the Bluetooth app, had to stop using it as it is a heavy drain on phone battery.

Good company to deal with. Easy to navigate website and a great choice of products. Very happy with my air purifier. Looking forward to using the cool air fan in the summer. Good communications and sales experience.

I bought a Blueair Blue Max 3350i Air Purifier. I love the product and the way it runs faster when needed and then is nearly silent otherwise. The transaction with UKairpurifiers was very efficient. Good communication and speedy delivery. Many thanks guys.

I ordered 2 air conditioners on 26th April 2025. One was perfect, the other was faulty. I have had an ongoing battle ever since, initially to even have it collected, then to get a refund rather than a credit and I am still waiting for any refund of my money that they have. It was picked up by them on 18th November 2025 and despite numerous requests to their very unhelpful support team, I am still waiting to get my money back. I have recently even enlisted the help of the legal team of the "Which magazine". Do not use this company. I have never had such poor service from a company before!
