Ceri was outstanding
In a world where you are constantly coming up against issues with software, Ceri had the patience of a saint with me today and I was able to get everything sorted this morning. No delays in responding, quick and efficient. Very helpful and an asset to UCheck.

A complete waste of time. I was looking for a company to carry out credit checks for my subcontractors and came across ucheck. It seemed like it would do the job so I tried getting one check done before asking for the relevant info from all the subcontractors. I am glad I did because I started the process at the end of April and 2 months later the actual checking part hasn't even started yet. I've been asked to approve the application a number of times which I have done yet I'm still being asked to approve one thing or another. Total time wasters.
