7-10 ads every 15 minutes is insane

Twitch's customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. I was watching a stream where someone in the chat was making racist comments, sexual comments when 10 year Olds are in the chat, bullying, and more. The streamer was laughing encouraging this behavior. I reported the channel and the person making the inappropriate comments, after the person being targeted complained. The person being targeted did nothing to warrant the behavior towards them. No action was taken from Twitch. These comments still continue often. No one gets in trouble. No one gets warned. No one gets banned or removed. Needless to say i unfollowed the channel and don't use my account so much anymore. Streamers are just as guilty as the person in the chat that is making the inappropriate comments and the streamer should have their channel suspended or banned if they consistently let this behavior manifest in their streams. It can be a pretty toxic culture not to mention is not good for mental health among other reasons.

Honestly, Twitch has become exhausting. It feels like there's one set of rules for everyone else and another for streamers who push the boundaries. Why can some stream half-naked without issue while regular creators get banned for random phrases? It seems like they’re more interested in punishing small streamers rather than supporting growth. Many are tired of this unfairness and are leaving because of the inconsistent moderation and biased agenda.

Why bother with tickets if they don't answer and are unable ti fix a small issue.
i can't connect to a new device and sent a ticket twice and no answer, users are treated as they don't exist

Can't type slurs, ads interrupt viewing experience, bad chat experience, at least there is 7tv and bttv, WILL BAN YOU IF YOU SHOW A HORSE COCK ACCIDENTLY

you get banned for nothing, and when you report situations that are a serious violation, you get a response that you didn't violate the rules, what a pathetic platform of hypocrites

Twitch is the worst streaming platform out there! since amazon owns it! Amazon is a money grab! (scam) now also twicth advertising every 10 minutes in a stream. you can BUY a TURBO SUBSCRIPTION! WHAT do they think they are netflix or something! Twitch really needs to stop. and key the doors with amazon. Watching streams shouldn't cost money. Creating streams shouldn't cost money! Twitch has always been free, hardly any advertising, but since amazon ownership it has gotten worse every year since 2014, now 10 years later and twitch sucks. and as far as customer service is concerned. all peasants and rude people together. Just cut it because you are the biggest deceitful people out there. with your advertising. In Europe, advertising spam is punishable, did you know that? no, of course not. because you don't know what quality is in your Amazon shop.

I don't know, In EU Countries pretty sure you can cancel your subscription when its not EVEN 1 DAY PASSED YET. Also, WHY THERE'S NO OPTION FOR SUBSCRIBING FOR 1 MONTH ONLY?!?

Been a member of justin.tv back in time and pretty much the whole timeline during twitch's foundation and expansion.

Basically this will be a red pill comment and is a cry for their ads and the lack of number of staff that they hire or firing the old experienced ones to replace with ones lack of experience and/or incompetence just to spend less on their wages to make more profit.

This greedy approach that we are living in is unbearable. Also something I literally pray for it to stop everyday.

I hope they will change the direction of these corporations as people raise their conscience and increase their skill of figuring out the causality. ( talking about financial bad boys institution that I'm not even gonna bother giving examples.

If one day, more than %49 of the population figures out how our financial world spins around it's axis, we will put a stop to their way of profit seeking-bloodlust entities, then we might just be able to change the direction that they/we are going.

I feel like real people "at least" have a logical explanation to being greedy. but these big corporations and their shareholders? Why are we letting them act like they have to be infinitely rich?

Used twitch for madden video game drops. The platform is dishonest about the time of events also if you open a case they will just say the review it and give no help. It is a waste of time. I would use YouTube for the events you want to watcj

The ads are ridiculous, every five minutes, always pop up at the best parts of the stream and there's a crazy amount of them, 6 ads in one go is awful.

Worst ads on any platform I've ever seen and lots of soft pornographic content.

I cannot believe that in these harder times a multi billion pound company has raised it's tier 1 subscription costs to a whopping £6:49. They increased the cost earlier this year?
Money, money, money.
No percentage increase for the small streamer!
This will be the death of the small streamer who only make a pittance from thier valued followers/subscribers as it is.
This will push the limits of their followers to end up just being followers/viewers. No more subs.

This is with both uBlock Origin and Adblock Plus. Ads make me nauseous, and you force them down my throat. This is the reason I've deleted all my accounts and stopped using your service about 2 years ago. Tried giving it a last chance, but no. Super greedy. Kick is so much better in all aspects.

Twitch support is incompetent. They won't answer direct questions. They don't actually read the ticket, they just put it through a hot-word finder then run out an automated response. My ticket talked about an issue with the password reset email not coming through, and all they did was say "It sounds like u wanna reset your password!" Then proceed to give me the same stupid link to the password reset tool . . . which I explained in my ticket, wasnt working. They won't even consider helping me recover my account because I don't remember every detail I used to create it. And given the number of times I've tried to reset my password but the email never came, I wonder if they accidentally lost the account and just won't tell me.

you show live from Cidade alerta TV Record, but it is terrible and ever 5 minutes there are too many ads which I feel it is not fair. Why you have that stream if you don't show properly.

Rubbish and full of morons don't waste your time.
