Dont respond with item returned for refund.only good promoting the item they are selling but once you contact them they dont respond.Dont buy this item online and deal with these people.They Are a money grabber

Ordered some waxs but changed my mind so I sent them back all unopened even the package... They signed so I know they've got it but still refuse me a refund.. No phone number so just emailing them which takes them weeks to get back in touch and it gibberish when they do... So don't give them business I know I won't buy them anymore they've lost a loyal customer.

I bought polishing kits, pads are missing. Unable to contact Turtle Wax, no phone number on website, can only fill in webform. Get a ticket but nothing is done. Products fine but if something is wrong you are on your own. It has been nearly a month, I filled out 4 forms and all are ignored. Need to contact my credit card provider next. Such a shame would like to buy more from the website but can't take the risk.

My Turtlewax order was damaged beyond salvage in transit and was disposed of by the courier.
I contacted Turtlewax Customer Service and received a reply within an hour.
My products were reordered, which I received the next day. I am very happy with Turtlewax Customer Service.
I use Turtlewax ceramic and graphine paste wax on my vehicle, which leaves a fantastic shine and water beading. I use the ceramic shampoo every wash and it seems to prolong the effectiveness of the wax.

First. Their products work fine for me. No problems. Their after sales service stinks. I bought a "Ultimate Wheel and Tire Cleaner Kit" which included, among other items, a Grit Guard and a Foam Applicator. Unfortunately the Grit Guard was missing, but I received 2 Foam Applicators. Called them and talked to answering service. Promised to advise TW and have them get back to me. After no contact, I went onto their site and sent a message thru their system. (No email address provided by them). No response. 10 days later I called again and got answering service. Same promise. Again went on site and sent message. No response yet. Most unhappy. Good Grit Guards will cost $8 to $15. Foam pads $1 to $2. Not a good trade-off.

Wanted to leave no stars but not an option

Ordered a deal from TurtleWax UK on Black Friday.
Only half the order was in the box when it arrived. The whole reason I ordered in the first place because I wanted a gritguard bucket and lid. This was one of the missing items.
No explanation email or paperwork with the order.
I could have brought what did arrive for less in the shops!
Emailed customer services and have been completely ignored. There is no option to contact by phone. Terrible and non existent customer service once they have your money.
Its a shame, as I like the products but I won't ever be using them again. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I see all these bad reviews and really don’t understand why people are having problems with this product. Can’t say anything about customer service right now, but there products work fine.

Bought their products a lot over the last 40+ years.
Just had an issue with their polish when it left a residue on all my black trim that I could not remove so I wrote their site an email inquiry as to what I could use to get it off - twice! No response at all. Not even an attempt at customer service. I will now use any means possible to educate everyone not to use any Turtle Wax product.

Don't use the ceramic spray coating... you'll endup with a car full of stripes and stains, just can't polish these away :-(

This is been a great product that I have used over the years. I've bought a lens restoration kit for my wife's car and it worked like magic so I decided to also buy one for my car I bought it from max motorsport I had it kept for about 2 months before I used it . As I was almost finished using it I then realized that the 2 ceramic wipes were not there. I had it for so long so also couldn't find the slip and I used the product. The wipes is the main part of finishing the restoration of the lights. I'm very disappointed with turtle wax I feel like they have robbed me. What's more disappointing I introduced all my friends to it . Before this I've used maguires it's not as good as turtle wax but I've never been robbed by them

Bought that headlight cleaner cream , absolutely useless...... it actually made it worse than before!!

Purchased a lot of turtle wax products over the years and never really had any complaints.
However, when I raised the issue of their bottles of max wax being sold unsealed where anyone could tamper with the contents, I was told the reason the bottle I bought was half full and unsealed is perfectly normal as it’s sold by weight and not volume. That’s pure crap as it’s listed by volume on the bottle. I was offered a replacement bottle or a refund and opted for a replacement bottle. Never arrived. Another email to customer service later and I was assured they would get back to me in 1 to 2 working days. More crap!!
I don’t expect to be reimbursed by turtle wax at this stage and to be honest with you, I’m not too bothered. There’s more important things going on in the world right now, so this issue is only trivial.
Turtle wax have proved themselves to be a less than honest company with a useless customer service with a “ screw you, we have your money” attitude.
I’ll certainly be changing to their immediate rival for my detailing products in future.
Vote with your wallets folks and look to the alternatives!

If you need a Turtle wax product, buy from Amazon. My order never came. They do not reply when you email them and even when PayPal got involved they still never replied.

Warning: Scam company?

I got a notification over nearly a month ago informing me that my parcel had been delivered. I came home and there was no parcel. I looked at the tracking number and it said that an attempt had been made to deliver, but no-one was home, so its being returned to sender!!!

Firstly: Someone was home all day. Also, I have a ring doorbell and there was no ring notification, and I also checked my CCTV at the supposed deliver attempt time and there was no such attempt.

Secondly: I don't see why after 1 - supposed - delivery attempt, the parcel would be returned to sender! I didn't get left a slip with an option to collect it from my local depot or organise another delivery attempt etc. It doesn't make sense.

I DO NOT believe you attempted a delivery.

This whole system seems set up to take your money, not send the product, constantly ask you to review it (even when you haven't received it) and then have non existent customer service.

I have emailed 3 times, completed an online form and left a terrible review online. STILL no contact nearly 1 month later.

Stay away at all costs! Buy it elsewhere.
This is COMPLETELY unacceptable.

Bought their 75 anniversary ceramic paste wax £30. After 2 weeks still waiting for it to arrive even though they have sent numerous emails to review the product but not actually responded to the 3 emails I’ve sent them so far to find out where it is. I will give them until next week (that will be 3 weeks) then I’ll be contacting my credit card company for my money. Would never buy from this site again. Will wait in duty for products to be available in a local store. Shocking customer service from such a big company. 4 weeks now and still waiting not just for my product to arrive but just a reply with an update. Will never use turtle wax website again maybe even their products. Shocking service. Finally after 4 emails, tweeting and posting this review I have had a response I am being refunded as they don’t know where the product is. Still poor service as it’s taken nearly 4 weeks to get to this point

ordered and PAID for 2 Twin packs of snow foam via Ebay
eventually received one twin pack in a damaged box and leaking
no response from the company to my messages no refund. no 2nd Delivery

ordred 3 bottles direct from there ebay store
arrived late,arrived in a box damaged and miles to big
with no inside packing bottles have leaked and are damaged

I used Turtlewax's Alloy wheel cleaner and it caused over £100 of damage to my wheels. I contacted the Turtle Wax's customer service for support. I got a lackluster response asking for some pictures, which I sent and then no further contact. Any following emails were ignored. A real disappointment from a lifelong supporter of Turtlewax who obviously show that their don't really care about their customers or the damage their products can do.

I would never use any of Turtlewax's products again.
