I purchased a latex mattress topper and my experience from start to finish was perfect. I received my topper well packaged, slept on it and what a positive difference it has made in my sleep. No complaints and happy with their fast service!

My wife and I are hot sleepers and figured it was time to find a solution that did not involve fans and frozen water bottles. After much online research, we decided on a latex mattress topper. After more research, we decided on Turmerry. The topper arrive in less than a week, fluffed up immediately, and had no smell. We let it 'rest' for a day and put it on our bed. The next morning, my wife gave it a very pleased thumbs up. Then I looked at our pillows...10 years old and turning hard in their old age. We ordered two from Turmerry...they arrived 3 days later. When morning came, we realized what good decisions we had made...no more back, neck, or hip pain PLUS a fine night's sleep. We are glad we trusted this small, woman-owned company.

Though I've not interacted with Turmerry staff directly, I can say that I really am enjoying my extra-firm mattress topper. My wife and I have different preferences for mattress firmness, so having this product has really helped us. I do especially appreciate their commitment to product manufacturing using sustainable natural resources.

The Turmerry mattress topper is absolutely incredible! I’m a senior citizen who suffers with chronic neck pain, hip pain, and low back pain. I have tried so many different toppers with no positive results. I came across the Turmerry website, read many positive reviews, and decided to give them a try. I was hesitant to spend $400+ on a topper and cover, because I thought it would be another waste of money. But their guarantee is so good that I knew I could get a refund if it didn’t work out. I received my topper on May 6th and let it air out for a week. It had an earthy smell, not bad, but I’m very sensitive to smells, so waited until it was gone. My first night on the bed was Sunday, Mother’s Day. What a wonderful surprise to wake up Monday morning with no low back pain whatsoever. I was in disbelief. I’m a side sleeper, and my hips didn’t hurt during the night. I’ve slept on the topper three nights now, and each morning has been the same, no low back pain. The Turmerry soft mattress topper makes you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful topper. It’s totally incredible. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a better night’s sleep. I can’t guarantee it will help everyone, but it has certainly helped me!!!! What a plethora of information on their website!  The articles and blog posts are so very informative and interesting.  The sizes, densities and loft of their products are completely outlined and are true to measurement.  Their return policies, organic certifications, and warranties are explained in full for those who take the time to read in advance.  And if there are any questions, I've found that Jeff (a human!) will be happy to answer anything concern I have by the next business day!
It has been 16 years that I've searched for a truly firm latex pillow.  At least 8 times I've been disappointed, receiving what was labeled as "firm" but was in fact medium density at most.  Finally a pillow worthy of the promise!  Turmerry's firm pillow designation is a fine example of truth in advertising, and it is perfect for those needing that firmness and density for orthopedic support issues. 
I found Customer Service to be quick, helpful, interactive and friendly, and though I had to return my first pillow choice (MY fault, I failed to measure for loft - DOH!), the return process was seamless and without stress. This personal service is well beyond what I've experienced with any other online "bedding" store and I can't recommend this company enough. If I had not been so pleased when purchasing a pillow, I would not trust them with larger, pricier items. I'll soon be in the market for other products and Turmerry will be my go-to first stop for my return business.

I was looking for a natural latex pillow after reminiscing about my childhood pillow which was also of natural latex. On top of that, I have been experiencing annoying back neck discomfort lately. Going to see my chiropractor is one thing, but realizing I need something at home to continue to care for back neck issue is another thing. So, after thorough research, I’m glad I found Turmerry natural latex contour pillow (medium support) I’m so happy knowing that the pillow provides constant support for my back neck throughout my sleep, especially that I mostly sleep on my back. Thought we had found a great mattress, but over time my sleep was often interrupted with shoulder pain, a soreness that often continued into the day as well. Not willing to give up on the mattress, we decided to try a 3” Organic Latex Topper from Turmerry, as I had heard that they can help with pressure-point issues. All I can say is WOW! This slab of latex, with its 5-panels designed to alleviate the pressure in different parts of the body, is a game changer! In addition, it was beautifully packed, is non-toxic, and has no smell! I am sleeping soundly through the night and have no more aching in my shoulders. Kudos to Turmerry for creating an outstanding product that actually does what it says it will do! I would highly recommend this Organic Latex Topper!

I love the products I received from this company. I purchased a 3" organic latex mattress topper with the zipper cover, and an egg crate side sleeper pillow. Both products were shipped quickly and arrived as promised. Putting the topper on the mattress was quick and easy, as the topper arrived already in the zipper cover. There was no bad smell like you would have with memory foam. The products have helped greatly to reduce my pain from sleeping on a too-firm mattress. Thank you so much.

I love the natural latex products offered by this company! I try to shop local and this business, while online, is local for me. The item I wanted was backordered, but they made me aware of that before purchase, gave me an estimated shop date and met that date. Order thru delivery was easy & fast. I love my latex pillow and plan to order more.

After lots of online research, I purchased a Turmerry Latex Mattress topper (King sized, soft) to try to get a little more time out of my 25 y.o. mattress. I wasn't sure it would satisfy my needs but it seemed like a low cost item (compared to buying a new mattress) and a good value, and I liked the hassle free return policy offered by Tummery. I also purchased the mattress cover. The items arrived quickly and (a small detail here) I was pleasantly surprised to find that the cover was already on the topper. The topper is not heavy, easily handled by one person. but anything "king size" can be a little unwieldy so the fact that I did not have to wrestle to cover onto the topper was a plus for me. I easily threw the topper on my bed and had the best sleep I have had in a long time. I was actually surprised as I thought it might take ma a few weeks to acclimate to the topper and decide if I liked it. I like it so well that I am planning to order another for a brand new "S...a" (brand name) mattress I recently purchased for a guest room. The mattress is nice, good quality etc, and still within the return time frame, but the primary user of this mattress thinks it is too hard. I don't really want to go thru the hassle of trying to pick a new mattress out, so after falling in love my Tummery topper I decided I will buy one for the guest bed too. If you are on the fence about trying a Latex topper I highly recommend you give it a chance. I have had mine about a month and every night I am still a little taken by surprise when I climb into bed and feel like I am sleeping on a cloud.

I needed a bed topper to help me heal and recover from surgery. While it was a knee replacement, my back had weakened so much from improper walking laying in bed created a myriad of issues. This topper, that does not smell at all, is all that is advertised. I’m a 72 year old female who is getting a better sleep in spite of back discomfort.

My bed is SO COMFY and inviting, blessed with both a natural latex topper and an organic foam contour pillow. My neck and back are especially and specifically grateful!

The customer service and the quality of the products are both great, and the prices are very fair. I love that this company uses certified organic materials and all natural materials, and they don't price things so that only the very wealthy can afford them. I feel good doing business with them, and I feel good using their products. I highly recommend them to others. The best value for a top quality organic latex mattress out there.

I love my new natural latex topper for my bed. I ordered online and received up to date information and updates on shipping and arrival. I did call the company on a Sunday to ask a question and my call was returned Monday morning. Overall I feel this is a company that cares and stands behind their products. I highly recommend their mattress toppers if your current bed is uncomfortable it will give your old mattress new life. I purchased the soft 3” height topper due to joint issues, but a 2” topper is probably enough the one I ordered is just extra cushiony. I really hesitated on buying a comfort item online but my sister ordered her whole bed through Turmerry and I tried it, that convinced me. Great company and great products.

I’ve been using a contour memory foam pillow since 2017, but decided to switch to a healthier latex version. The contour latex pillows were not available at the time, so I tried the molded solid latex pillow instead (queen, mid loft, medium firmness). The latex itself is very springy and comfortable, and I can’t detect any smell. I appreciate that you can customize the height and firmness, and I really like the loft and firmness of the pillow. I’m primarily a side sleeper, and I think the molded solid latex pillow is probably most comfortable for back sleepers, or those who don’t currently use a contour pillow. Several times, I ended up waking up with a slight kink in my neck. This gradually resolved itself once I got out of bed. I think my years of sleeping on a contour pillow have made me accustomed to the curvature.

While I love the loft and firmness of this pillow, I plan to return to the local store to buy a contour latex pillow once they become available. If you don’t currently use a contour pillow, I think this pillow is a fantastic option!

I have a king sized bed and I got the Turmerry bed topper recently - I feel like I'm sleeping in a 5 star hotel!!! holy cow this improved my sleep tremendously - it's soft but firm, I love how it raised the height of my bed as well. It just feels luxurious and so comfortable - so happy with this purchase. If you're on the fence go for it you won't be sorry!

We have had many mattress toppers and always end up waking up in pain from sinking in to the bed and feeling like we are sleeping in a hole. I did a lot of research about the best mattress topper and I knew I wanted Latex but everything was ridiculously expensive. Turmerry was very affordable and the quality has been amazing. We have slept so much better since we got it!

I purchased a latex two inch topper for my bed. They were very helpful. I needed them to hold off sending the Topper until I was back in town. No problem. We love the Topper and have slept very well after we put it on the bed. Great company.

Ordered a "Donut Pillow - Natural and Organic Latex Foam" seat cushion. No toxic offgassing, (not much smell at all, in fact), in a nice zipper cover. I spend a lot of time in front of my computer, so keeping pressure off the tailbone is key! I've had it now for a couple of weeks. This seat cushion is comfy and keeps my tailbone suspended. Just what I needed. Thanks, Turmerry!

We recently purchased a 3 inch latex topper for our mattress and matching organic cotton cover. We are extremely pleased with the product that we received. It was as described and incredibly comfortable. We are sleeping much better and staying cool. We tried other mattress toppers, but sent them all back. Our Turmerry topper will be staying put. The shipping was fast and we didn't have to contact customer service for anything.
