My item was backordered, but Turmerry’s shipping estimate was accurate and once shipped my item arrived very quickly. The item I received was of high quality and I thought was actually better than described on their website. I am very pleased with their service, and the value and quality of the item I received.

I ordered a 3" latex mattress topper (medium firmness) from Turmerry, and I think it's the best I've ever slept in my life. I sleep mostly on my sides, and I flip over a lot during the night from one side to the other. Turmerry's topper is comfortable the whole time.
I'm 50 years old and play tennis a lot, and I was looking for a topper that would make my mattress a little softer when my joints and muscles are sore after playing. I tried a memory-foam topper first, but I woke up a lot during the night when sleeping on it. Every time I tried to roll over, it would get a little stuck in the impression you make in the mattress surface. Trying to roll out of that impression would wake me up a little every time.
With the latex topper, I haven't had that problem of waking up too much when I roll over. I'm able to move freely in my sleep, and it's comfortable the whole time. The mattress is soft enough to take some pressure off my shoulder and hip and knees and ankles, but it's firm enough that it doesn't feel squishy.
For reference, I'm 6'3" and 200lbs, and it fits me perfectly. It hangs off my mattress a little on all sides (maybe an inch or so), and that actually has turned out to work well. My sheet pulls the overhanging edge down a little, so it's pretty flush at the edges and maybe just slightly firmer right at the edge.
The ordering process was easy, and they shipped it out quick. I ordered it on a Tuesday, and it got to me on Saturday. I was able to roll it out and sleep on it within an hour of opening the box.

I ordered organic linen sheets and I’m 100% pleased with the quality of this item. They are extremely well made and the fabric is luxurious. My sleep has improved immensely and I wake with enough energy to get through my busy days. I’m ordering a set for my mother right away.

Do not recommend ordering through the website as the company does not identify when merchandise is out of stock. It took the company almost 8-hours to let me know this and unfortunately, by the time I had received the message they were closed. Now the order is delayed and I will be sleeping on the floor.

I purchased this bed and mattress recently and can recommend both. The bed is high quality and so easy to assemble. One person holds the rail and the other person slides the rail into a slot that gives you a very secure bed frame. NO TOOLS NEEDED. I am a 71 woman, my grandson and I put the bed together without problems. The slats are all connected and roll out like a rug, then they slide into a slot. The mattress comes in layers, if you need it firmer or softer, you rearrange the layers. The mattress is high quality and comfortable. I would buy this set again.

I had a bad experience with fulfillment, Order getting delayed, over and over again, but they refunded me, offered a 20% discount, and a free gift... I don't know if I'll be placing another order just yet, but yea I'll bump up my review

I have only been using my mattress topper for about 10 days now, and so far so good. It has a nice soft feel to it, it seems to be cooler to sleep on, and I haven't been experiencing any body aches like I was on my regular mattress. I love the fact that it is free from toxins and vegan-friendly, and I feel good supporting a company that is woman-owned and fair trade, and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. I do have one strong suggestion/request for this company and that is to add to their website stating which of their products are vegan-friendly for vegan consumers. This is not by any means a complaint, however, I had to contact customer service to get the information before ordering anything which took extra time as the person I spoke with didn't know and had to research it and got back to me two days later. Had the product stated in the specs that there were no animal ingredients used in the making of this product or any animal testing performed for the product to be made, and also had the customer service personnel been educated on which of their products if any are vegan-friendly, it would have made the process much smoother and quicker and show that the company considers those who live a cruelty-free lifestyle, good for business and at the same time not taking a chance losing potential customers. Still, I would recommend this company.

It's just such a great product! The buckwheat pillow has made a tremendous positive impact on the way I stay asleep. I no longer am waking up because I have a hot spot where my head is hitting the pillow.

Wonderful products, some support and communication issues, maybe staffing problems?

I purchased a Turmerry mattress after having a latex topper for a couple of years which I loved. I had also purchased a cheap latex mattress off amazon, and it was awful. You could feel every board in the bed frame. I have fibromyalgia (so I'm hypersensitive to touch) and a bad back, so I was looking for a high quality mattress with comfort and support. Turmerry exceeds all of my expectations! It's like a cloud. I haven't even put the topper on it, and don't really need to. It's insanely comfortable, and I cannot feel the boards. The pillows are incredible, too, which I didn't expect. It's the best sleep I've had in years. There's a slight smell, but it's not a chemical smell you get with memory foam mattresses. It doesn't bother me at all. It's very helpful to have 2 people to assemble the mattress, but it's easy. Their customer service is amazing on top of everything else. I was in the middle of a move, and they were so kind as to reach out and verify the correct address. I'd highly recommend this company and products!

Organic Cotton Waterproof Mattress Protector Cover is great - keeps me cool and didn't have any odor came in 2 days and I was kept informed all the time of when it would arrive. Loved the feel of this material. Would definitely buy again.

Shipping was quick. It was a little difficult to get the plastic and tape off without cutting the topper.

I put it on a thin, very firm, foam RV mattress that was causing me shoulder, hip, and back pain. I was very surprised that the topper made such a huge difference--No more pain! I was concerned the bumps from the egg crate would be uncomfortable, but although I could feel them, they were not bothersome at all. I'm thrilled with the topper.

So happy with my mattress topper! In a couple of days, everything changed. No more back pain upon awakening! I just ordered a pillow too. They are easy to do business with and very responsive to questions and issues.

Ordered a $450 mattress topper from this company. Waited about a week and never received tracking info…so I emailed them.
They informed me the item I purchased was on back order and it would be approx a month before I would receive it.
I explained that I would not wait a month and wanted a refund.
I ask twice for my order to be canceled and money refunded to my card.
They have just ignored me so I’ve open a dispute against them with my credit card issuer.
Do yourself a favor ….DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMSITE….you will be sorry if you do!!!

Shipping was earlier than expected which was so appreciated. Quality did not disappoint and we were delighted to have the size of this buckwheat pillow available to fit our needs. Our desired pillow is buckwheat for a restful sleep. Looking forward to exploring more offerings with Turmerry. And happy to support this company rather than the ‘big on line store’ competition.

The products are top notch! But order fulfillment not quite so hot. I have made two orders in the last few months and both were incorrect. One wasn't obvious until after I'd unpacked and trying to stuff a mattress topper that had been vacuum packed back into it's packaging without the right tools wasn't going to happen. In both cases, customer service didn't seem too bothered, stuff happens after all. So DO NOT order stuff with the expectation that you'll actually get to use it right away. Also not impressed with having to leave info about my sleep habits to leave a review on a product on their site. Invasive.

Great company to work with! Very satisfied with the customer service department and with my new mattress pad and buckwheat pillow.
I have slept better with these two products than I have in years!
The mattress pad is supportive without being stiff and also not too soft. It is more firm than I initially thought it would be but I am so glad I purchased it.
The pillow will conform to your head and neck in whichever manner you like and I have no neck stiffness and soreness.

The wheat hull pillow I purchased is amazing! I have used these pillows for years and would never go back to a conventional pillow!
It is cool and conforms to to your liking, making it very comfortable for a great nights sleep.
I never leave home without it! I have one at my daughters house, so when I visit, I sleep restfully!
The price was great and and delivery was on time.
