Renewing premium was simple and a great deal!

Not always available, not easy to cancel. As of now, i no longer need to use it. It is proving impossible to cancel. There is no direct support email address, using their function to cancel the system replies: email not recognized. It feels like it's been designed to keep you in. Potential scam, be careful when subscribing!

I purchased a 5-day (US$ 5,95) subscription that will automatically get renewed if I do not explicitly request them to cancel via Tech Support. I tried to send an email and it bounced back (email doesn't exist); I attempted to contact them via the Tech Support section on the page (by opening a conversation) and haven't got any reply. DO NOT subscribe to this site.

Complete scam. Trying to cancel premium membership and it's impossible. Support just ignores your request or sends you an email to say they are waiting for a reply for an email they have never sent. I noticed they used the same excuse for someone else leaving a review here so I assume it's standard practice. Links on some pages for cancellation didn't work but I see these have now been removed but not replaced with anything. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! There are plenty of other alternatives.

Have a premium account, it is supposed to last over a year. Using a VPN service got me banned for months, literally months. Turbobit will not respond to any support requests regarding this erroneous banning, no response at all to several requests. This is how they treat their premium customers, I have no recourse but I will not be purchasing every again, and will do my best to share word of mouth of their terrible customer service.

They sold me 1 month access with 1200GB of data but have now blocked my ip address as it is using too much data even though this is less than the amount they sold me. This is a con.

I asked for a refund through their support conversations over 9 days ago and heard nothing. I tried the email addresses but they all bounce back. No way of contacting them.

I started another conversation demanding they cancel my subscription and refund me marking it as a complaint but heard nothing.

They have just charged me again for another month even though my ip is blocked. Why would I want to pay for a service that I can't use?

None of the options on the website or the app let you cancel.

Looking at the reviews here on this site they reply only to encourage you to upgrade. Never reply to say we will help you cancel. If that doesn't sum it up then I don't know what will.

It's one of those super shady file sharing websites, which give you multiple DOWNLOAD buttons, all actually being banners pointing to other shady sites, but not providing actual download experience unless you pay (and who knows, even if you do).
I wanted to download just one file from it, but lo an behold, my IP range(!) had already used up the one file per hour free download slot, so I get to wait, and wait, and wait. Or pay 6 bucks to MAYBE be able to download the file quicker. And even after waiting for 10+ minutes and solving a CAPTCHA, I still get to wait one more minute for the link to become active.

I am trying Turbobit and up to now, I am very satisfied!
I just hope that you won't renew automatically my membership before asking me. Thank you

becarefull , once you subscribe for the service , it cannot be canceled ,, i don’t find any cancel subscription button , and it always continuing pay for the service , mine now 3rd payment in row ,, asking for help from customer service no respond . my username id is zaghiechaoz

I payed by PayPal after 30 min gets an message : Your payment attempt failed. Check my account and they get the money but never receive any code no reply by emails from support system.
